Beautiful set of doors for outdoors

The right answer for me
I purchased three of the Sunstone double door sets for my outdoor kitchen. The kitchen lacked the doors when I purchased the house, and they had weird rough openings. Fortunately, these units have a wide enough lip around the edges to cover a lot of territory. I purchased smaller units (30") and was able to add some cement board strips to the opening in order to build the opening up to a more standard size. The doors themselves are well built. The metal is sturdy, and the hinges are also well attached. There is a flange around the perimeter on the inside that includes slots through which you can attach the doors. The doors came well protected in a frame of foam, covered by more foam, and enclosed in a bag within cardboard boxes. It would be tough to damage the doors in shipment. The handles, each with two screws, and bagged separately. Overall, this was the perfect answer for me. It's a good product that arrived quickly and in good condition.

So far so good
So far so good. Doors lock up nicely with the the magnet system. We actually installed the doors less than a month ago so cant comment yet on durability.

Great value - Looks great
Bought this Stainless Steel door assembly to add a storage area under a new stone outdoor kitchen addition i was putting in. It looks great and door magnets really hold doors closed real tight. Just what I was looking for.

Handles Rust in Humid Florida
I bought a 30” Sunstone Double Door flush mount and a 17” Vertical Access Door and installed them outdoors, under cover on our lanai in Feb. 2015. The doors still look nice and have held up well. However, all the handles have begun to rust. I called customer service and found out the handles only have a one year warranty. The doors have a three year warranty. They gave me a discount on some solid stainless handles of a different style.

Good doors
I've been very pleased with these doors so far. The were flawless when they arrived and the dimensions online where spot on. So far they have retained there finish and seem like they will last quite a while.

Great doors.
Doors look great on our built in grill. Add great access to the built in area under the grill. Probably should have ordered another set to have full access to the entire area under the grill.

Best price at time of purchase
Best price at time of purchase. The flat front flange dictates a smooth cabinet surface to mount over. Don't try to mount over rough stone surface as there will be lots of unattractive gaps around the edge to deal with. Don't expect the stainless steel to remain rust free. The stainless steel will show rust marks after a year or so's exposure - best to have roof protection to limit this. Also give the stainless a coat of carnauba wax to further delay any rusting.

Poor quality stainless on frames
Started to rust around frame after one year, disappointing. Doors are fine, just the frame.

This got rust on the front the first time it rained. Definitely not stainless steel or worth the money.
