Great Fun!

These are a lot of fun for the kids and adults, but beware that you are matching up age appropriate kids. They can sting a little if caught off guard, but not enough to make anyone in our house not want to keep playing.

Fun for kids and adults

I searched all over for a well-made product that would not be damaged by water. We took a gymnastic tumbling mat out onto the lake for our version of Field day. For this event, the last man standing on the mat was the winner. The swords are made from an internal foam that feels similar to a pool noodle and covered in a fabric that doesn't have an exposed seam (so no scratching while you are being bludgeoned). They held up to berserker-style, caveman swings, and didn't break. They don't even feel loose. The little kids frequently use them to sword fight around the yard. This is a great product. The kids have asked for more to have a battle royal with friends.

I see you have constructed a new Lightsaber. Your skills are complete, indeed you are powerful...

They have held up against a duel worthy Lightsaber so far, so I'd call that a win! Also my toddler doesn't pull punches. Full power swings, and these things are still rockin. Will update if they die. Bought in Dec 2020, review Feb 2021. So far we'll worth the $

These are awesome!

Not much to say but these things are great. We had some foam Zelda replica swords and the kids bent and broke them within days. These are heavier to wield but seem much more durable and a bit friendlier to bash with. They made for a great birthday gift.

Spassklopper mit Sicherheitsschwächen

Wer nicht auf Geld achten muss und absolut sicher sein will greift besser zu einem Konkurrenzprodukt. Ich habe schon oft ähnliche "Spassschwerter" in pädagogischen Settings antesten dürfen und kann sagen daß die Fandago Striker in einem guten Preisleistungsverhältnis stehen. Andere Schwerter kosten schonmal das 3 bis 4 fache. Leider haben diese Schwerte ein Sicherheitsproblem , welches man aber leicht beheben kann. Der Schutz gegen Durchstossen der Stange besteht nur aus einem 3mm dicken Mossgummi welches ,schlecht geklebt , sehr schnell die Haftung verliert und zur Seite rutscht. Mit dem richtigen Kleber kann, nach Entfernen der Aussenhaut, diese Stelle optimiert werden.

Tolles Spielzeug auch für kleinere Kinder

Wir haben diese Schwerter für Kinder im Alter von 4 bis 6 Jahren gekauft und diese haben sehr viel Spaß damit. Anfangs dachten wir die Größe könnte für Kinder von diesem Alter noch zur groß sein, aber es war kein Problem. Die Kinder können die Schwerter gut halten und liefern sich ausgelassene Gefechte. Eine Verletzungsgefahr konnten wir dabei nicht feststellen.

Ausdauer und Reaktion kann man auch zu Hause trainieren

In Zeiten des Lockdowns ist auch mir mit ein paar Pfunden mehr auf den Rippen das ewig auf dem Sofa sitzen zu viel. Ich mache am liebsten Sport bei dem ich nicht direkt merke, wenn ich mich bewege. Die Schaumstoff Striker ist das ideale Mittel um Ausdauer, Koordination und Reaktion zu trainieren. Wir hatten jedenfalls in unserem improvisierten Kampf um die "Hausherrschaft" eine menge Spass. Produkt zu empfehlen.

Diese Schläger sind absolut ihr Geld wert und sind hervorragender Qualität. Ich kann nicht nachvollziehen daß sie im Nichtgewerblichen Bereich Mängel aufweisen sollen. Unsere 6+8j Kids prügeln sich damit gerne und oft.
