Looks great, but...

I kinda wish the fingers didn't bend all janky and weird - and I honestly thought it was shaped better. That's really the only disappointing thing. There's hinges and no matter how I bend them it bends right back into the awkward position. :/

It's a skeleton hand to not hold stuff.

The fingers aren't movable in fixed positions. They can't hold anything. You have to drape stuff over it, and the base is small so you can't put a lot on it. It wears rings or brass knuckles just fine, but don't expect this thing to make a fist or flip the bird. It's a little disappointing. If it was $10 off get it but as it is for what it is...meh, not worth it...buy a cheap halloween skeleton cut its hand off and mount it to a wooden plate and it's the same thing for a fraction of the cost of this thing.

Helping hand

I have little jewelry boxes, little jars, a giant armoire currently in storage, etc etc, but I was looking for something I could use to put some of my favorite I-wear-these-all-the-time pieces without being too girly or too grandma. Something that looked cool, but also could hold quite a bit. And this little hand is perfect. I seriously don’t know where this has been my entire life. It’s just my style and holds just what I need it to, which helped free up space in this tiny jewelry box I’m using right now. It’s a great buy, and while I wish it was a little cheaper - I wish everything was a little cheaper, let’s be real - you definitely get what you pay for here: a sturdy, well designed piece that functions and looks cool. The fingers did come all wonky, but I ended up just playing with them (turning the bones and fiddling with the placement) until I was satisfied and it looked right. Overall, I’d recommend this to a friend or a random person at the store. No regrets. EDIT: ok, I’ve had this for a few days now, and the hand does sit back considerably, unlike the one pictured. I’m not sure if it’s because I’ve had stuff on it or what, but it would be cool to add an adjustable feature to it. Otherwise, still a cool piece.

Glad I took a gamble, despite other reviews.

Saw this advertised on other sites, and started looking around to see if I could find it at a better price, Amazon had it cheaper. Read the many reviews warning not to buy, or complaining about the fingers. Decided to take a gamble and purchase it anyway. Since I mainly wanted it for the purpose of holding the pen for my drawing tablet. Could it be better executed as a product? Of course. It seems many people were under the impression that it could be fully articulated. (It is not) But overall I'm pleased, and it serves the purpose I wanted it for, and looks aesthetically pleasing enough to me.

Love It!

So glad I purchased! Have not had any problems with the fingers staying in place when adjusting. The base could be heavier, but other than that it’s perfect!

Very stiff and not stable

Fingers don't move much and it doesn't take much weight to knock over. Falls over way too easily when adding or removing jewelry. Otherwise, looks pretty cool.

Twisted but beautiful.

In the beginning, the fingers were bent far back and a bit twisted, but with some adjustments it looked beautiful. I wished the fingers were more easily moveable and had none of the wiring showing, otherwise I'd give this a 5/5. I also wish the tray was black or gold, but it's wooden so I'll be painting it. Lol

As expected, lovely addition to my decor

Cat in picture for size reference. This is just a bit bigger than a real hand, it holds a fair amount of rings! Definitely as pictured, came in the box that they had pictured as well. I would say that the wire inside appears to be the rather thick kind that is very hard to pose so it’s not really pose-able.. and it’s made from the standard plastic of one of those model skeletons you see in biology classes. Absolutely love it, it was exactly what I was expecting
