A popular flashlight from a popular brand.
I got this why my polytac arrived in a non-functional state. It intended purpose was to serve as a weapon mounted light and it would appear to serve that purpose well. The light is a bit on the long side, at least for my preference, for an everyday carry. It's clip is sturdy and actually proved somewhat of a challenge to remove. My primary complaints are the Ten-Tap programing system, which while allowing for some customization of the thumb switch functionality was both complicated and ultimately did not allow me to program the series of modes that I wanted. Finally, the light did feel a bit on the flimsy side (when compared side by side to my Olight warrior mini 2) and you can feel some wobbling of the battery inside the housing if you give it a good shake. Overall I am happy with my purchase and I would recommend this product to a friend.

Amazing Product
Bought it in Aug 2020, lost it a few times but found it everytime. It's been used almost daily since I bought it and I have had no issues with it. It's a fantastic product and it's extremely well built. I have dropped this on concrete climbing 30 foot ladders, up 80ft booms, been submerged and whatnot, still continues to light up to this day.

Great light for the money. Good construction, I use and appreciate the multidirectional clip all the time. Hides in a cargo pocket or pants pocket comfortably. Brightness is plenty. I use this as an additional light for duty and its a great alternative to my larger flashlight. Highly recommend.

On/off switch broke within 2 days, terrible customer service
The light itself is great and bright and the modes for it are easy and convenient. However 2 days after receiving the item, the on/off button would no longer lock in place, though you could hold the button down and the light would shine. I sent it off to an approved Streamlight repair company (15$ in shipping later) to have it fixed. Nine weeks, 2 voicemails, multiple phones calls, emails with Streamlight and outdoor sports store, I have still not received the light back. The customer service was in a nutshell absolutely terrible. The streamlight approved shop never got back to me, despite my leaving 2 voicemails requesting they do (they never answered the phone). The first e-mail I got back from outdoor sports store assured me that they look into it and refund the shipping costs. After not hearing back from the outdoor sports store customer service for 3 weeks, I wrote again and they essentially told me there was nothing they could do (copy of the email at the bottom of this text). In summary good light if you're lucky and it has no issues, but don't even bother trying to get customer support if anything goes awry with it. E-mail received from outdoor sports store customer service: "Hello, There isn't a lot that we can do about the warranty servicing of the item; we'd suggest continuing to press on them. We have seen a lot of delays everywhere due to the pandemic, and this might be part of the issue there. Thanks for your business!"

Rechargeable battery shown does NOT come with it ????
Light is good Dissapointed that the rechargable 18650 shown in the second picture isn't included This is deceptive marketing and I REALLY wish Amazon would remove that picture. Scroll back through the comments and people have had this negative experience for over a year. Come on Amazon... You can do better....

Nice quality, came with a couple batteries. Had a 2AA before and this one is quite brighter. I thought it worked with regular 18650 batteries but it only works with a streamlight proprietary 18650 which I ordered from a different company (it should not be called an 18650 at all, it just confuses people and the battery is taller than an 18650)

Battery vague. Solid flashlight
So far looks good, haven't had very long yet. Very bright, seems solid but not too heavy. Worst thing was I was quite disappointed it didn't come with the rechargable batteries like it shows in the photo. Only comes with replaceable ones and need to buy the rechargable one after. I'd give 5 stars in a heart beat if changed photo and made clear the rechargable battery needed to be bought separate.

Very bright, programming takes some practice.
This flashlight is amazing, many options to cover a variety of uses. The programming was a bit frustrating at the start until you can match their button press styles to use the light. The taps have to be short and fairly tight together to switch to strobe and low brightness levels. Unit is very light and durable.
