In need of control.
Only 4 stars as I would like to see a firmer felt tip. The flexibility of the current one doesn't allow for enough control. My issue is that my brows have thinned over time. I would use half the time with this correction. Added note, I used to have a perfect brow pen and the company sold out therefore gone with the progress. This is the closest I've gotten to perfecting my brow issue.

Buy in person if you can
This product is fantastic, but my advice is to buy it in person in a store and not online. Mine came with the cap OFF and the cheap gold cap was cracked (the box was perfect and it was shipped in a bubble wrapped envelope). Fortunately the stain was still good, but the cap was redesigned from the last version and now it doesn't have that satisfying "click" when you cap it and it can break easily. Fortunately I hadn't tossed the old one yet and that cap is interchangeable (phew!), so even though it's a different color (the old cap was dark brown vs. gold), it really stays put with a satisfying click and good quality hard plastic vs. the cheap faux gold. I guess I'll just always have to keep the old cap and pray they don't redesign the actual pen part.

I like it.
I really like this item. The color is very natural looking and the fine brush is perfect for making it look like fine hairs. It is taking some practice to get my eyebrows to look the way I want, but as I get better at using this type of brow makeup vs my powder pencil from Lancome... I am really liking it. The color is more natural than the Lancome pencil I've been using, so this is a big plus. It is also waterproof so stays on really good once applied. It is not a 'quick' application by any means - it takes longer to do than brow pencil, but worth the effort.

It lasts, but think I need a darker color.
The marker/brush applicator makes this easy to apply. After a few stokes the end turns a bit white and you have to press a bit to get the product to come down to the end. I purchased the light color because I am blonde, and the color is natural looking on me, but I do not see the hair strokes with this color. I will be ordering the medium to add some definition in areas where I have thinning and want to fill in with what looks like hairs.

Barely there = understatement
As usual it's hard to judge a shade by its online photo. The shade I plumped for has barely there pay off (and I have really pale skin). The felt tip itself was good for creating fine strokes (if you looked really close to see them). Alas the usual thing happened with felt eyebrow products – the colour (that was there) and fine strokes just seem to blend into the overall effect you could create with a brush and shade from an eyeshadow palette in less than half the time. Then the other usual thing.. dried up didn't it. And so the hunt for the perfect eyebrow product continues...

Natural looking
This product is subtle. You can create a more natural effect than with similar pruducts.The paintbrush applicator is easy to use and the colour is good.

Good but DRY
I like the Color and the long stay. Also the look is v natural. However the pen texture is dry. It feels like an old pen about to finish and be thrown away!! I would have liked more moisture for ease of use and also not to cause dryness.
