Works Great For Older Briggs & Stratton Pressure Washer Motor
I have an older pressure washer with a Briggs & Stratton motor and my pull start rope finally broke. I ordered this model from Amazon and it works fantastic on my older pressure washer. I did have to cut some of the length of the rope off, so I was very happy they supplied a long enough piece of starter rope in this kit. Good quality and works great.

Tricky to install.
This would have been so much easier to install if it had the fitted cylinder block for the rope end. Alternate hole in pulley was not designed for easy install.

Replacement pull cord for my small outboard
This is my second purchase of this pull cord. The first I used on a 1968 Johnson 6Hp outboard that has worked great this past year. I have a second 6Hp Johnson 1979 model and I liked this product so much i bought it even though the existing cord wasn't broken, just well worn. Very happy with this as a inexpensive replacement.

What I was looking for
After watching a Chickanic video on youtube to find out the length and type of rope to get, I found this rope and handle. I did not need the handle, but did need to know the length to get and her video was straight forward which it was. I did not have any problems and it seems durable.

Its a mower pull cord

Parts are fine, instructions lacking.
Received quickly and packaged well but with no instructions. Found a very good YouTube video on how to install the new starter cord that greatly assisted me and eliminated wasting time. My only comment is that the YouTube video suggested a single knot to secure the rope in the handle and I ended up pulling the knot through the handle twice. I tied a double knot after the 2nd time and all is well. I guess when you order this it is assumed you know how to install. For a DIY homeowner this may not be the case. Thank goodness for YouTube and other helpful sites with a step by step demo.

Replaced my Honda mower pull handle - this is better
The original handle on my Honda mower fell apart over time. I see replacement Honda (equivalent) handles everywhere on Amazon, so I assume Honda handles break often. I didn't want to replace the handle with another likely to have the same problem, so I bought this one instead. It seems stronger, and is more comfortable. installation was very easy.
