Most comfortable support
I have used this particular brand & model before. Dispensed by my Orthopedic Dr.. However, he has introduced at least three other brace/supports in the last 2 years. None of which I can wear. If you have an issue with thin skin, tender to the touch. You don't want reinforced stitching with aluminum inserts. It only causes more pain. This support is soft enough to be comfortable and non abrasive to your skin. Whilst giving your thumb and wrist complete support.I am in need of three surgeries on my right hand. And have tried at least 10 different support products to relieve discomfort over the past decade. This is by far the best solution for me. I have arthritis in my thumb and wrist. No cartilage between those bones. Also Carpel tunnel. This item supports both issues. The only downside I see to this product is...they wear out rather quickly. ( 3 to 4 months) The velcro separates on the strap that crosses over the back of your hand. That being said, I wear mine 18 hours out of the day. In my case I cannot take the time out for surgery recovery. It will imped my work for to many months. So this is the best alternative I have found. I wish u well in finding your best solution.

Needs "fray check"
Recommended by the hand surgeon. I had to return the first one that I purchased because the material began to separate around the thumb opening. When I received the replacement, my wife used a sewing accessory she called "fray check" around the thumb opening which, so far, has kept the material from coming apart. Really, the manufacturer should reinforce the thumb opening to prevent this from happening.

Check the fitting
This is the same brand and style brace I currently have and wanted another one. Unfortunately it was the next size up and didn’t fit correctly so I had to return it.

Comfortable
This is not what I would call a restriction splint. I have another brace that does restrict the movement of my thumb. I like this brace because it provides support without restricting bending my thumb. I wear this when I play golf. It allows me to grip the club and still provide wrist /thumb support.

So Happy! They redid the stitching! I tried so many other gloves and there is no comparison to Comfortont! Gloves!

I have arthritis in my thumb. This item is meant to keep the thumb in pepper alignment to reduce inflammation.

Great wrist brace!
Bought this as a gift for my brother-in-law, who had a hand injury. He absolutely loves it and said it works like a charm and really helps ease the discomfort he was having.

Great support for arthritic hand
This is my 2nd Comfort Cool appliance. I use one for sports and one for everyday and I couldn't live without them! I did have to cut the fabric around the thumb area for a perfect fit, but no problem. I highly recommend Comfort Cool for arthritic thumb and hand support.

size misleading
Product advertised as Medium, Right. But when you look at the product details, it states Medium+. This should have been specified in the product title. Too big for my hand to provide any support.
