It’s a plunger!

It came opened, untaped, and unassembled. So hopefully I didn’t touch anyone’s you know what putting this thing together. Lots of people with weird reviews are like it’s too soft, it’s too short, my thingy didn’t close. So let me say it’s a new plunger. If you are expecting an old school hard plunger from the 70s, this is not for you. It works well if you screw the handle into the head until you can’t possibly screw it in anymore. If it’s all loosey goosey, it’s going to be weird when you use it. It’s not too short. Idk it’s normal plunger length. It’s not a broom handle, but like, it’s an adequate plunger handle length. The holder is great. Mine closes and opens as it should. It’s got a little drain thingy for drips to go. A lot of people were mad in their reviews that all the water goes in there and like how much water are you really getting in there? What are you doing wrong? Are you not shaking it off first before you put it back in the holder? You’re just going toilet to caddy in one motion? If you do that then yeah you’re def gonna have water. Otherwise its a drip catch that you can easily Lysol because idk anyone who is going to actually pick that up and clean it regularly. This is my second one, I can’t find this one in stores anywhere around, so I’m glad I could find it here. It’s a plunger. It plunges.

Stylish but not as powerful as a traditional plunger

Our powder room needed a refresh so I ordered a couple of new toilet items. We had an old fashioned (read ugly) plunger and I wanted to have a more stylish one for this guest facility. It definitely is pretty but when we tested it on a minor clog it wasn't as effective as the bigger old fashioned one we used for years. It eventually got the job done so we'll keep it but for serious clogs (stuff happens) I will keep the old one in the basement just in case.

Decent for the price but the cover broke soon after we bought it

The plunger itself is good but I bought it for the cover. No one wants that dirty plunger on the ground and half of the cover broke off after about a week. We still use it but its a bummer. I wish that was made sturdier. If I could have returned it I would have. Like the idea but needs to be more durable.

Old design still works best.

If this type of plunger don’t work then you got a serious problem…and remember-your clog has to move, either forward or backwards but it has to move so stay with it-sometimes it (may) require putting emphasis on the suction and sometimes on the push…don’t be nice with it, be as aggressive and powerful as you can be. In my lifetime I’ve only had two really stubborn clogs, one was a ABC building block my son dropped in the toilet and (2) a bag weed back in the 70’s (long story).

Does the Job, But Doesn't Seem As Sturdy

Setup was easy. Unpack and screw the head onto the handle. But every time I used it, the head collapsed! I was expecting it to rebound to it's original shape so I could push it down fully again. Instead I had to lift it to the rim and "pop" it back into shape.

Exactly what I was expecting

This plunger works great and exactly what I thought I was getting. If you need a plunger this one is perfect. It does get a little hard to put in its case but once you figure it out it's easy.

It’s been working but maybe a tad bit flimsy

I like the design. It feels far more sanitary than having the plunger kick around on it own. It does seem a little flimsy (Both the container and plunger) but its getting the job done. I was disappointed to find that the plunger and handle came in two pieces and it was rather difficult to get the two to come together nicely.

Poorly constructed - save your $$!

Horribly constructed. Does not open & close as it should right out of the box. Returned to Amazon for a replacement...same exact thing. It should pop open to let the plunger out, stay open while you use the plunger, then close around the plunger when you return it. The door pieces come apart all the time & don’t open/close as they should. Complete waste of money! Would give it ZERO stars if I could.
