Very small
Making chocolate cherries and this mold was so small once I got the filling in, then the cherry, it stuck up above the mold and I could not level off the chocolate. So my chocolate cherries look my round than having a flat bottom.

i love this. it gives me chocolates the perfect size. i should have bought several of these when i bought just the one. i use it as a topper on cupcakes. update.... 2023 originally purchased this back in 2017. and i loved it. it was the perfect device for my needs. however, time passed and it was stolen. so i had to buy another. thankfully it was still being offered. i love it. it works just as well as it did years ago. i've had to repurchase a lot of items that were stolen. this i the perfect size for my needs. so next time around i purchased several and hopefully won't have the same issues whereas i'll have to purchase this yet again. i add my chocolate. i put it into the freezer. and receive perfect little balls, that pop out with ease. it's easy to clean. easy to dry. once again an excellent purchase for at an economical rate.

Comes out easily
I love this. So easy to use. The chocolate comes out nice and pretty and shiny. Perfect every time. Pretty easy to clean too.

Perfect truffles
These make the cutest perfect size truffles! I got sick of rolling truffles by hand and once you dip into the chocolate they get messy trying to set them down. I decided to try this mold and I was so impressed that they are smooth and look so professional! Love love love!!!

Great molds
I was confused about the prior review on the candy turning out shiny. This was true & made the candy look like it was from a store. I tried to buy more sizes & shapes because of this. High quality versus others. You pay a little more but you can feel the quality & makes your final chocolate shiny & smooth. Would definitely buy again.

Wanted to try homemade truffles
I was curious about trying to make some homemade truffles. I used this mold to create a chocolate shell (for filled truffles) for some of them and the others were 100% thick ganache. They popped out without too much trouble and I was overall pretty happy with the size/shape. Tossed it in the upper rack of my dishwasher when I was done.

Helpful starting a chocolate hobby -- but are off colors its fault or mine?
I am working on making new American style (chocolate and sugar only) chocolate in the 70 and 80% range, and I enjoy using this mold to form my bars, however sometimes my chocolate has vitiligo rather than a uniform rich dark liver color. Is that due to improper cleaning / rapid reuse? It is unfortunately quite teeny so the crevices require a heavy and purposeful clean.

Delighted with the product
I usually hand dip several hundred candies for Christmas and this year i decided to try this and see how I liked it. Would it save time? Would i like the appearance? Most importantly, what would people say. I loved it! It was so nice to be able to make up a tray of candy and not be shaping the centers, chilling them, dipping them. This was quicker and I appreciated the built in stop and do something else time. Confession: my first try i was very disappointed, it seemed like a pain to fill the mold, chill it, scoop out the center, full it, too it off, ugh! Then I read the directions. Fill, let set a couple minutes, turn upside down over parchment paper, shake slightly and there they were! Perfect little cups waiting to be filled! So I rolled small amounts of filling, put them in place, chilled them, turned them out and had beautiful smooth glossy candies. Then I discovered my smallest cookie scoop is exactly the right size for the centers! What a time saver! The only little complaint is that it's a little tricky to clean the molds and get them really dry when changing from light to dark chocolate, but again, a built in coffee break while it dried.

Pretty good, works as advertises
It works pretty well, the separation between squares could be better to allow an easy break. The current separation is too wide. But the chocolate bar looks pretty stylish. Easy to unmold and to clean. Not a bad purchase.
