I love these braces

Ok so I didn't purchase online however I have been using this ankle brace since I was 16 for every soccer game I have played until I was 27 and had to stop playing due to a knee injury. I was chronically spraining my ankles from the age of 12 to 16 when finally I met my chiropractor who suggested I try these braces. They are purely adjusted by the Velcro straps and if not tightened correctly you will have too much movement, however, tightened correctly these braces were a life saver, or an ankle saver. I can honestly say I have never sprained my ankle wearing these braces. I also washed them in the washing machine since I played soccer and therefore got stinky. I will also mention that I wore my socks under these braces, which I found to be more comfortable and as a result I was able to tighten them tighter without discomfort. I will also note that I played on average 4-5 days a week until I was 21 and then again 1-2 days a week until I was 27. I played indoor soccer in the winter and outdoor in the summer.

Don't bother.

This device did not stabilize my ankle. It allows to much lateral movement. I used it once.
