The fingers run very narrow!

I am a woman with long, slender fingers. Women's gloves never have long enough fingers, so I usually have to buy men's size large. But men's gloves are always way too wide. My husband swears by these gloves so I bought myself a pair. Not only are the fingers of these gloves NOT too large, they are almost too narrow for even my fingers. No way I could fit even a very thin glove liner in them. That may be why the black/white ones are cheaper. I tried them out last weekend in Steamboat, CO. They seem warm enough, but the temps didn't get below 24 degrees and there was no wind, so I can't say how warm they will be in extreme cold and windy conditions. However, I was disappointed that the rubber spider "webbing" design on the fingers is already starting to peel off after only 3 days usage : (

Perfect

The price is very good and they keep my hands warm all day while I was skiing in temperatures as low as 10 degrees. My son got the same par and his fingers go a little cold, but not cold enough that it bother him long. He snowboarded all day for a week and only complained 2 times.

Fit Large Hands Well

They fit my large hands well and stay warm on a cold ski day. A little tight with glove liners but I've actually found my hands stay warmer with just the gloves and no liners.

Warm and weatherproof

I bought these for a November trip to Iceland as well as snowboarding in Vail. Keeps my hands warm and dry even with the harsh conditions of an Iceland winter. I love Spyder gear. Check out the trip on Instagram @seasuntravelers

Hands give two thumbs up.

First use was skiing in -4 to 0 degrees F with 10-15 mph winds, hands never became even the slightest bit cool. Hands also did not sweat, they seemed to be the perfect glove for that day. I am very pleased and would recommend these to friends but not enemies.

Doesn't hold up to 52km/h wind

I would not buy these unless you can get them at a big discount (like $60) Pros - Goretex material holds up when conditions are cold (roughly -15C) and not much wind - Finger dexterity is what you would expect from sky gloves. Good enough to handle snow shovels or ski poles but not too great when it comes to zipping up zippers - The glove cuffs are rather big, making it difficult to stuff them under your jacket sleeves. They can be sinched down to shrink it, but I usually don't bother and just keep the cuffs on the outside. Despite that, my wrists don't feel cold even under 52km/h winds & -10C conditions. Cons - When it was -10C with 52km/h winds, the temperature felt like -23C with windchill. These gloves did not completely hold up. After a while, my fingertips felt increasingly numb from the cold. Rather disappointing considering that the Goretex is supposed to be a wind-resistant material. Perhaps there are flaws to the design of the glove, since I was also wearing a Gore-tex jacket and the jacket held up

Spider always great gloves

Gloves are great had another pair for 8 years still good, the new spider only problem is the liner comes out when taking off other than that top notch
