The arch support I need
This is my second set of insoles, the support is good, I'll keep buying the brand, perfect complement for my Hoka running shoes.

Didn’t last a couple months
Omg. Ya initially I thought these were the greatest insoles. Provided support for running and I felt an extra bounce or energy in my runs. After a month my feet started to hurt so moved them to my walking shoes and they are worst then ever. Keep in mind my cheap insoles do not cause any pain.

Nothing to it
These did not have much support. Expected a lot more for the price

Not supportive
They’re not supportive enough for my feet

Great arch support
Great arch support. Can be cut to size. Tend to be thick, so may be hard in structured boots as it will push your toes up.

Holy instep support!!
These insoles are *not* meant to add cushion to your shoes. If that's what you're looking for, this is not their purpose so keep looking. This is made of a pretty firm material that's supposed to help you not waste energy on a soft sole (think of walking on something super soft like sand or memory foam - you have to spend more energy when walking on something soft - that's why these are firm). So, in that aspect they are exactly as I expected. However, what I didn't expect was the instep "support" I guess you would call it. I've attached photos trying to show this. They don't have real arch support (which again, I expected and I was glad about because I do not like arch support) but they have a huge, hard bump along the instep (the arch portion of your foot on the inside). I like a pretty flat sole in my shoe and I found this hard bump extremely painful, even after just wearing them for a minute it hurt. So, if you need a large amount of instep support then these would be perfect for you. But I dont, and I didn't expect that from that information I saw on the items listing. So it really doesn't work for my feet at all, unfortunately. Hope this helps you make a more informed decision!

A Very Specific Type Insole Here...Not For Everyone
If you need even a modicum of enhanced cushioning this insole is not for you. The cushioning here is quite minimal. This insole's reason for being is in very lightweight and maximum heel and arch support with a noticeable "energy return" in the forward motion department. It actually wants to return to it's more straight state and thus "propels" one slightly. If you don't need cushioning and want very lightweight maximum arch support this may be a 4 or 5-star insole. If the slight energetic push of the forward motion seems to be helpful this may be a 4 or 5-star insole. For most of us however it is more of a novelty that while may have good arch support is just not as comfortable as softer insoles.

They're not uncomfortable...
I usually run in Hoka Cliftons for daily runs, which are pretty comfortable but aren't super responsive. So I swapped out my insoles with these for a couple of runs to see if it improved anything. The answer is, not really. They're not uncomfortable or anything, although the arch is just a little misplaced on my 7.5 foot. They just don't offer any improvement that I can tell.
