Limited Life Span
A pretty simple device, just a Velcro strap, I have trouble keeping the plastic cinch ring centered, it always wants to slide to one side although it doesn't really affect its function. It's comfortable to wear, which is good because I have been wearing one for years when I know I will be using my left arm to lift heavy stuff. Just know that Velcro wears out, and especially when under stress. I have to buy a new strap about every 2 years because the Velcro stops being sticky enough to stay snug around my forearm....

Was doubtful but now i have found relief
I don't play tennis but here I was with tennis elbow. Go figure. I was disheartened when I learned that a wrap was the only relief I could get for the pain I have suffered for months. I was highly doubtful that it would work but I didn't have a lot to lose. After reading the reviews I settled on this one because it was over four stars and the cheapest one. Mainly because it is so cheap. I put it in right away and had to work with the tightness for a whole day to find what passes for comfort. It's a week later and there is significant improvement to my pain and I don't even wear it all day. I am delighted and relieved. I haven't given it five stars for the following reasons. * it isn't what I really call comfortable. It is either too loose or has a lot of pressure when I bend my arm but the pressure is the point, right. * it needs more padding between my arm and the band. After a few hours I have to take it off because it tends to kind of cut into my arm. Maybe a more expensive one will have the padding. For now I just take it off now and again or turn it some. The positive points *IT RELIEVED MOST OF MY PAIN AFTER A FEW DAYS! Even after I take it of for a little while it feels fine. * it stays in place even when I am very active. I garden a lot and even this it make the one spot sweat it stays in place. * It's well made and the velcro is holding up. *IT RELIEVES MOST OF MY PAIN! I can't express this enough. The negative points are worth it. Almost anything g is worth it after months of pain. I would suggest this to anyone.

Lifesaver
After I had my son, and constantly picking him up and holding him… I noticed my outer parts of my elbow were burning and aching. It got so bad, I couldn’t extend my arm or hold my infant son… so, I had to go to the doctor. Come to find out, it was tennis elbow. He recommended an elbow brace. Searched on Amazon and came up on this one! It was a life saver! Quality, durability, price, and comfort get an A+ from me.

Don't buy unless you have a large forearm.
I bought two of these, same brand but different styles. The other one was fine, but this one just slides right off and cannot be tightened enough to help. I am not a tiny woman, but its basically useless for me. Can't be returned, so I will just give it away, I guess.

Works great at a great price.
Works very well. It is bulky and about two inches wide. Can't beat the price. Very impressed. Easy to use. Wraps around your elbow. What I like is that it doesn't have to be slipped on. Also bought the McDavid 489 Elbow strap with pads. Very disappointed with McDavid. 1. You won't be able to return it. It doesn't say so on the site (I couldn't find it) but when I tried to return it I wasn't allowed and was told it states so on site. Was told it was a hygiene product. 2. McDavid comes in different sizes but the site doesn't tell you the diameter of the sizes. Good luck! 3. It didn't do anything for me. 4. You need to slip it on. Mueller works just fine. Will buy Mueller products in the future. Not so with McDavid. On a personal note, my doctor told me to use wrist support for my elbow. Surprise! It works! Now I use both wrist support and elbow support for my elbow, depending on what I'm doing. Just putting it out there. Good luck.

Works as expected
I have developed tennis elbow that radiates into my pinky/ring finger. This has worked wonders and I wear it while working out or while using the computer. My only compliant is the Velcro patch that you attach to sometimes scratches my arm. But besides that the actual band is comfortable and it puts enough pressure where I need it to. The size guide was perfect, just measure and get the size you need.

Working well for me so far
My elbow pain has improved greatly with the past 3 days using this product. It is easy to put on and adjust, feels comfortable enough (considering that it has to constrict your arm to do any good) and so far I have no negative issues. The price was very reasonable and it arrived quickly. It fits under a dress shirt and is unnoticeable under the sleeve. Wearing a short-sleeved shirt, it doesn't look bad at all. I am able do do yard work and use a computer mouse for long periods of time now...I had been in a great deal of pain previously. I do remove the support at night, but have been sleeping better because my elbow is not hurting while I am tying to get to sleep. As inexpensive as this item is, I'd recommend that you try it if you have elbow/arm pain of the type referred to as "tennis elbow" (lateral epichondylitis--look it up to see if this is is what is affecting you). You may find, as I have, that it alleviates the pain (and I am hoping that it may allow the area to heal).

Wenn man weiss wie es geht, kann man gute Ergebnisse erreichen. Leider fehlt eine Beschreibung zur genauen Positionierung der Bandage. Die eingearbeitete Pelotte (Druckstück)sollte ca. 4cm unterhalb des Ellbogengelenks auf den Muskel liegen, der beim nach Aussendrehen der Hand gedehnt wird (fühlen). Die Bandage positionieren und mit dem Klettband fixieren. Der Druck auf den Muskel sollte stark genug sein um ihn zu entlasten, jedoch nicht die Blutzirkulation beeinflussen. Negativ muss ich hier anmerken: - keine Beschreibung - keine Schlaufe zur besseren Einstellung der Bandage - die Pelotte lässt sich nicht herausnehmen (Waschen der Bandage oder Kürzen bei dünneren Armen) Aber dann wäre sie auch teurer. Punktabzug gibt's für die fehlende Beschreibung. Bei therapeutischen Hilfmitteln, die im Internet angeboten werden, sollten die Anwender nicht ohne Anleitung bleiben. So, wie sie geliefert wird, ist sie sonst ein Risiko bei falscher Anwendung.

Soffro di epicondilite ("gomito del tennista") al gomito destro; l'ho sforzato troppo l'estate scorsa, per dei lavori di muratura in casa. Adesso devo ancora fare dei lavori... se non uso il bracciale, il dolore ritorna quasi subito; invece usandolo, posso proseguire piu' a lungo.

I found it very helpful! After several weeks of continuous all day wear, I felt the pain subside and was able to take it off and work without it for several days. When I started to get a little sore I would put it on temporarily. I am still monitoring, but all in all, I am very pleased with my purchase :) P. Edwards
