The defective one was terrible; the non-defective one good. Defect only showed after 30 days.

These crutch tips are sturdy and fit my crutches. Unfortunately, one of the two tips had a serious manufacturing defect that only showed up after the 30-day return period. This made them dangerous to use, and very damaging to floors. One of the tips had a large washer embedded in the mold so that a sharp steel edge was just a bit under the surface of the wear edge of the tip. This was not visible on receipt; we had looked them over before installing. Just after 30 days, the rubber had worn to the point where there was a sharp steel edge damaging floors and potentially making the crutch slip on hard surfaces. My husband was able to pull the washer out using brute force and needle-nose pliers. This left a large permanent void going well up the side of the tip, because the washer was “baked in”, so that whole edge will now fail in use, somewhat like the other review here showing a manufacturing defect. Therefore the crutches still cannot be used safely until the tips are replaced. This washer is the same type of washer that crutch tips use as the horizontal base for the crutch to rest on inside the tip, but this one was grossly out of place. I would have given 5 stars for the tips if they were _both_ made properly. However a flaw of this nature that shows up after a short period of use, but outside of the return period, that is dangerous to a crutch user, and renders the crutches (which are needed to ambulate) unusable, thus stranding the user, drops the rating down very low.

These tips simply work. Good fit, no issues. No marring, no slipping. (so far, no hassles with gravel being picked up; a constant hassle with the iriginal tips.)

Long wearing

These crutch tips wear far longer than the others . Only thing that would make them better is to cost less !

I had some old wooden crutches and these fits perfectly.

These were easy to put on the crutches. I bought them because one of the original ones deformed. So we replaced them to be ready if needed again. Price was perfect for what I was looking for.

Easy replacement! Fit perfectly!

I needed new tips for the bottom of my crutches and luckily I found these! Installing was easy 1.2.3! I even ordered additional pairs to keep around the house for the future if my crutch tips fail again!

Not to good .

I had tried these a couple of years ago as soon as they get slightly worn they slip on tile or bathroom ceramic NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL .

Definitely came in handy when I needed to use crutches. Not much to say here, good value and if you need them it beats going to the store to get them (especially if, say, you're the one on crutches!).
