Supported Balls of Feet
The Dr. Scholl's Sport massaging Gel insoles worked well for me after the balls of my feet seem to ache and be sore after playing tennis doubles. It seems that most insoles are specifically designed for plantar fasciitis, which I do not have, yet at least. The Dr. Scholl's insoles are made of rubber, which from a tennis activity perspective, seemed to do much better for the impact to the balls of my feet, as opposed to the FeelLife Orthotic insoles that I previously tried and bought on Amazon. The FeelLife's are made from multiple materials including foam, no rubber. So I'm thinking the rubber insoles are more for sports shoes. The Dr. Scholl's were less supportive in the arch and thinner than the FeelLife's. The FeelLife insoles are a bit thicker and do take up space in your shoes so you will need to remove the old, worn insoles. The FeelLife does have a better arch support, but they are specifically designed for plantar fasciitis. I'm keeping both insoles as the Dr. Scholl's will work best for tennis and the FeelLife insoles work well in my gym shoes as well as the everyday walking shoes. It's such a shame that you pay so much for a good pair of tennis shoes and the insoles are never descent.

Little foot massager
I like that every time i step or wiggle my toes (i keep my shoes loose) i get a little foot massage. I stand on my feet on concrete all day and my feet hurt. These inserts help fight the fatigue and pain i normally get. I don’t expect them to hold up very long with how much weight i have pressing down on the inserts every day. But for the price I’ll keep repurchasing as needed. So far so good with two or three months of daily wear.

Good for more than running shoes
I found that these didn't fit in my running shoes, so I tried in them some boots that are a half size too big. They fit nicely into the boots with some re-lacing and really supported my feet, especially my arches, as I went about my day. I would only advise using these inserts if your shoes are too big or if you are going to remove the manufacturer's insoles. They would not fit otherwise.

Feel great!
My running shoes looked fine on the outside but the inner soles wore out, making my feet hurt. These solved the problem. Saves money from buying a new pair of shoes. Also saves the planet by keeping a perfectly reusable pair of shoes out of a landfill.

Exactly as advertised
I replaced my Keen walking shoe with these athletic style pads and they are almost identical to my original Keen shoes (which says a lot because they're very high quality). I had worn them out in the toe pad area and needed extra pad there. The thickness was perfect because if they would have made this insole thicker, my foot wouldn't fit inside the shoe. Happy!

Not that comfortable to walk around it
The little bumps take some getting used to. I'm sure some people might enjoy the feeling but I was not a huge fan. I will probably get a different set of insoles but these were well made

Nice!
I use these in ‘running’ type shoes for extended exercise walking (I don’t run) and everyday wear. Very nice, and added life to my shoes.

Wow!
I’m not kidding. I was about to buy new running shoes. I fast walk on a treadmill and have been having so major bottom of the foot, shin and ankle pain. To the point where I dread my 30 minute cardio. I put these in today and I’m not kidding- no pain. I couldn’t believe it! They’re awesome!

No support pulled a calf muscle using these!
No support at all I was shocked as I have read about these supporting the foot. I have requested a refund hopefully I will receive one ! I am not left with a pulled calf muscle after using these!

Podría prescindir de ellas.
Las plantillas cumplen con cada aspecto de la publicación, tienen cada una de las características indicadas. Sin embargo, pareciera que están diseñadas para personas con una mala técnica para correr, o bien, con algún nivel de sobrepeso, en esos casos sí creo que serían muy importantes. En mi caso no han servido mucho, sí se siente comodidad, empero no hay mucha diferencia con la plantilla normal de los tenis para correr.

Excelentes
Muy cómodas, embonan perfectamente en mis tenis para correr. El soporte del arco es muy eficiente, lo que mas me preocupaba. El amortiguamiento es muy resistente. Aunque la recomiendación cambiarlas cada 6 meses, se me hace una exageración, yo creo que pueden durar mas de un año si el uso no es tan intensivo

Funcionan muy bien
Las uso para calzado para jugar padel, y me gustan mucho, solo creo que la distancia del talón al arco también debería poder ajustarse y no solo en el frente de la plantilla

Excelente compra
Las plantillas son mejor de lo que las imaginé, las puse en mis tennis para correr y se siente un mundo de diferencia. Super cómodos y con bastante forma rígida. Se siente la calidad de inmediato, estoy pensando en cambiarles a todos mis tennis. Recomendable para personas con pie plano como yo.
