Sizing was not equal between colors & runs very small

I wound up returning them. I bought two pairs of the same size in a size up from what my daughter normally wears. They were significantly different in their size. Unfortunately, both were still too small and she felt they fit weird. She is a very slim 11.5 year old gymnast (78lb). She’s used to tight fitting clothes, but these were just too tight and small. The size I had ordered was a 14/16. I hope this helps.

Great as gymnastics shorts

My daughter is a gymnast and wears these to practice instead of the "gymnastics shorts" that cost twice as much. They fit great, stay put, and really hold up well. She is a tiny 10 year old (usually wears size 7-8) and the Medium fits well. She does have some smalls from last season that she can still wear as well, but they are a little snug. The only con as a gymnast short is that the waistband does pick up pit fuzz.

Fits kinda small

I like soffee shorts, we bought these thinking they would fit just right but they are very snug. My daughter is 5 foot 88 pounds and is 11. We got the med 10 12 and I should have sized up but we will get some wear out of them. Much better price compared to nike pro.

Great quality shorts for the price!

My Daughter loves these for cheer practice. She is 10 years old, about 4' 11" and weighs about 70 lbs. She is very tall and slender for her age. The size medium (8/10) fits her perfectly.

Good for volleyball.

My 11 year old daughter uses this for volleyball. She’s is a petite 11 year old. She’s 4’7” and 75 lbs and fits into the M (8-10). The material is stretchy and doesn’t have that much compression. It has a little shine to it. It’s not too short and comes about 2-3 inches below her bottom. It’s lasted a couple of games and a couple of washes. So far so good.
