Pretty, but stiff hurt my feet

I bought for work.They are a bit stiff so they hurt a bit, hopefully they will soften up with wear.

Nothing wrong with the shoe. It’s my problem that couldn’t use it.

It is a very hood looking shoe but was heavy weight for me since I’m an old woman and have knee problem.

I searched for items made in usa, this came up in my search. Not made in North or South America. Made in China and at least one size too small.
