Window locks for aluminum frames in different styles.

Prime line makes several styles of window locks to fit the various casings of aluminum windows. These are the ones that fit mine. Both sides are straight. There is an old number, U-9800, that seems to be the exact same lock. They make one like this that uses a hex key (included) instead of the thumb screw. That one is U-9810. It is good to keep children from falling out of two-storey windows, or anywhere that someone who might tamper needs protection. Other styles have a bent lip on one side and do not fit my frame; these can be found on Amazon, too. You might want to order one and try it on your different windows, before ordering a bunch. If you have old and new windows, they might need different styles. Use a lock on each side, a pair per window, placed so the window can be open no more than 4" for security. I bought these for my windows twenty years ago, and more recently. They are a keeper.

CUMPLE BIEN SU FUNCIÓN

Cumple bastante bien su función, pero ojo, tienes que ponerle algo acolchado dentro pues si no lo haces cuando aprietes, arañas el marco de la ventana
