Not what I thought

These shoes are very uncomfortable

Comfortable? Definitely. Slip Resistant? Probably. Oil Resistant? Probably not.

I've had these shoes for roughly 4 months, they are still in decent condition, but I can feel the support giving way so I suppose that can be considered a drawback. Working in a kitchen requires a great slip resistant shoe with excellent support and quality construction. You have to know that your shoes will be with you well into the dinner shift and beyond. As comfortable as these shoes are after six hours on your feet, they don't do much for traction on oil. Even a small puddle of spilled grease means you'd better be sure where your feet are when you step or you'll wind up face first (or in my case, on my butt) on the floor. Now, mind you, these work great on water, great in regards to stray ice cubes on a tile floor or soapy just mopped tile floors, but grease and oil makes you a new champion figure skater. So, in closing, bad back of house shoes for restaurants, great shoes everywhere else.

Good deal!

So I've had them a few months now and I work on my feet for 12hrs in a kitchen in them. I HIGHLY advice getting inserts to put in them whether you think you need them or not. I tried it without for about a week and my lower back was in extreme pain. Otherwise they are good. The "resistance " is also a little rough just until the shoes get broken in. No worries.

2nd pare worth every dollar

Okay I’ve been in the restaurant business for almost 20 years I literally burn through shoes but as the years go certain shoes will hurt feet knees and hips these on the other hand don’t they are extremely comfortable long lasting and even when they wear out they still manage to keep you safe from slipping I haven’t slipped and hit the ground once maybe lost my footing twice but that was over a year of wearing not a bad track record for someone who works 5,000 dollar hours at a restaurant crazy busy oh yeah and they came with a set of textured grip gloves on my second purchase highly recommend these shoes worth every dollar

Great work shoe for a wide foot

I have broad feet EE, so finding something that works or me is hard. They have amazing stability with the combination of width and the grip keeps me from slipping or falling during a long day

Good Slip Resistance

Product stands up to oil and greasy floors well. I'm often on my feet 10 hours a day on concrete and have no complaints on comfort. Usually I have to change work shoes every 6 months, and these are no different. About average for durability.

Lasted almost 3 months.

I got them august 14th, I just had to throw them out for a hole on the right foot where it had separated from the sole. Rather depressing that the $30 shoes I get from walmart last twice as long.

This is his second pair and the last pair was good for about a year hope these wear that long
