Updated review: Do not buy! Lights don't work!

I returned one pair of these ten days ago because the lights in one shoe quit working after about five minutes. This is a review of the replacement pair. The lights on the left shoe lasted a little longer--about half an hour. Sketchers Customer Service is non-existent so unless your child wants a pair of shoes with only one that lights up, don't waste your time or money on Sketchers light-up shoes. What a rip off, and the company has ignored my several attempts to contact their so-called "customer service." Now I have to convince my 5-yr old grandchild to let me return yet another pair of faulty shoes but I know the kids at kindergarten will make fun of her having only one shoe that lights up. I'm done with Sketchers.

Lights stopped working after 1 day

I am very disappointed with these shoes. They look great and lighted up very bright when my daughter tried them on. She wore them to school and they were not lighting up when I picked her up. The lights stopped working the same day. Very disappointing when I paid $45 for them. Update - the sole of the left shoe is coming off from the front. I will not be buying sketchers shoes again.
