Unexpectedly Comfortable

I bought these for my daughter who is on her large (stinky) feet all day at a nationwide retail hardware store. (Would it kill them to let their employees have stools - it's not a marathon, after all!) She suffers from throbbing, burning, sometimes stinging or what she describes "electrical shocks" pain to her heels bilaterally that has persisted for over a year. Personally, I think she has plantar fasciitis but, of course, she refuses to get herself checked out...but I digress. She has tried numerous brands/types of WAY more expensive shoes over the past year along with over-the-counter inserts - all to no avail. Finally, she's got some relief! She says the pain has diminished significantly -- so much so that she asked me to order her another pair for back-up (which I will). I'm glad she's found some comfort and she's glad to not be in pain.

PERFECT FOR BARTENDING!!!! Buy These NOW!

I bartend at the theme parks in Orlando and average 10 miles plus a day, 6 days a week. I have burned through three different pairs of shoes in the past three months, until I found these! The conditions I am in are high volume wet conditions, and my feet stay perfectly dry in these shoes. The soles have the perfect height to keep the shoe dry, without being bulky preventing one from tripping over their own feet. I have a wide flat foot, and these shoes have PLENTY of room in them. I wear a 12W and order the same in these. When I first put them on, they feel really loose which caused concern, but after wearing them a few days, I actually like the feel of the “looseness” as there are ZERO pressure points on my feet with these shoes, and they are snug enough that blisters do not form. The toe box feels longer than a 12, but like I just stated, my feet do not slide in the shoes and no blisters form. I AM IN LOVE WITH THESE WORK SHOES The shoes actually look great as well. I find myself throwing them on when heading out for casual fun too. I NEVER leave reviews, but decided to in hopes others may see this and helps them buy these shoes for the same relief. Excellent shoes - second pair, however

These are the second pair I've purchased. Wear them daily. However, I'm not a fan of the loose, stretchy laces. I completely remove the laces and replace them with regular laces (i can tie) so I can get a nice, snug fit. If you remove them, keep in mind, one loop is sewn in and you have to cut it out with a razor or exacto knife. Typically just one loop.

Comfortable Shoes!

I have been buying this shoe for the past three years. I purchased 2 more pairs since the price of 2 is nearly the cost of one pair at a shoe store. I wear these 10hrs a day 7 days a week on concrete and my feet feel great! My feet are very picky when it comes to shoes and these suit my needs! If you have a wide foot like I do make sure to get wide fit! Roomy and comfortable!

My husband’s favorite shoe

My husband loves the fit and non slip sole. He wears them as an everyday shoe and his older pair of them to the garage. They don’t look like a food service type shoe at all. If he went to the gym, I’m sure he would wear them there too!

Best shoe's ever

They are great ???? quality and feel wonderful ????. Ive found them to be the only shoes that fit my wide foot right. I'll be ordering more when this pair wears out.

Great look. Runs big. Noisy.

So yah, these look great compared to the clunky kitchen clogs of yesteryears. Sporty and athletic. I would almost wear them outside of the kitchen. Amazon price is half of what Kohl's is charging. I have owned Skechers Work shoes in three different styles before. Each time in a 12 wide. They always fit perfectly. These are long. Fit like a 13. I don't think I've ever bought a shoe that was too big. But I wish I would've sized down. The insole has a piece of red fabric that will literally peel away after one wear, but that pushed me to put a pair of Dr. Sholls Work inserts in, which turned out to be the saving grace for the fitment. I don't think they necessarily made the shoe fit better, but they definitely kept my foot from sliding front to back, as they are grippier. I can now live with them. Now, on to the noise... It sounds like there's a plastic bag waded up inside your shoe ( I assume it's the waterproofing). They're noisy. Reminds me of a Seinfeld episode when Elaine gave a coworker TikTaks so people would always hear his approach. I buy 2 pair of work shoes every six months. I change them out every other day to let them breath. I am on my feet in the kitchen for 10 hours days. I have yet to find the perfect work shoe after 30 plus years. When I received these I thought they could be it. If they hold up well after 6 months, and Amazon still has them at a good price, I may order them again, but in a smaller size. I will return to tell the tail of how they held up. I have had many a pair, often more expensive, that have spilt or torn after only a few months.

Very comfortable, & Surprisingly stylish!!

I love these shoes. I’m not usually the type person to wear Skechers at all, But let me tell you! I Originally got these for work, but I ended not staying at the job so I decided that I was going to send them back and return them. The funny thing is I grew accustomed to them so much I completely forgot that I had requested to return them lol (Sorry). I eventually I started ted wearing them out & about shopping doing daily activities, as well as running playing sports as well. They’re super comfortable, lightweight and looks amazing!! on your feet! Goes with every outfit. I came home from wearing them after standing all day at my current job and I still feel well rested even though. The only thing would complain about is that the sole on the inside cushion are starting to wear and peel (Goes to show how much I wear them). But overall 10/10!

Freaking Amazing!

EDIT: After daily wearing them even just as normal running shoes and not just for work for the past 14 months (1 Year 2 Month) I purchased these on may 13th of 2021, it’s currently July 15th 2022! they are still holding up fantastically!! They have been comfortable and perfect every single day! I’ve tried other shoes and just can’t get comfortable the way I do with these! I’ve come to this page again today to finally purchase more and not because they are totally gone but only because the glue on one the left shoe is starting to come off from the sole! But even with that happening I could still get atleast 5 more months out of these bad boys but I want to grab new ones out of personal preference!! To anyone looking for a fantastic non slip shoes these sketchers are definitely a great buy! I’ve attached photos of the shoes and how they look after 14 months of heavy wear! EDIT: After daily wearing them for the past 4 months they have held up great! The cusion in the sole is wearing down but all in all they are holding up well! I’ve put them thru hell and back and still love them! 10 / 10 will buy another pair when these go Super comfy! Way better than my Walmart bought non-slips, with my old shoes my feet would be so sore afterwork I would have to sit in my car for 10-15 minutes after putting my runners on and before driving 30 min home, these are great! Could use more cushion in the soles but nothing Dr. Sholl’s can’t fix, can’t speak for longevity as have only had them 1 day, will update review if I find and faults and will update biased on longevity

Not really slip resistant

Previously purchased a pair of work shoes from Skechers that was great. As it was wearing out decided to try a new pair from sketchers. Based on the title that this shoe is for food service and with it’s slip resistant functionality listed I thought this would be a pair of reliable slip resistant shoes. However, I slipped and nearly fell while working at a restaurant and the floor was not even wet. However, I gave it a 3 star because I do stand long hours and these shoes are comfortable to stand. Initially I was concerned my feet would get while when I mop the floor but nope they keep my feet dry despite it looks like it’s just fabric but there’s another inner layer. The material also allows my feet to breathe. Other then the anti-slip functionality wasn’t very helpful. Overall happy with the product
