If You're Decent Size, You Won't Get Both Cock and Balls In This Cylinder
JFYI....if you're well endowed in either area, you likely won't be fitting both in this cylinder. For me, it's a good cock cylinder if you're shaped with a very thick base which will much more closely mat the taper of the cylinder than a straight walled one. For the price, it's hard to beat though for a cock cylinder of this diameter. Again, it is tapered (JFYI)....2.75" at the opening...the ID at the top is around 2 3/8" but for some users, that will be better; just depends on how your anatomy is shaped. Reading over other reviews, a few things to note: it doesn't come with anything but the cylinder and the cock pump industry standard valve; no pump, no hose...and I'm not sure where some people got that it came with anything else for the price. Also, I'm reading a lot about cracked cylinders in the lower rated reviews...all of them emanating from the tapped hole for the connector. These cylinders can be cracked from over-tightening the valve (and o-ring) trying to get them to hold vacuum. If this cylinder isn't holding vacuum, obviously it could be the valve (which can be bought from other 'high end' cylinder makers for around $13...which yes, is more than half the price of this cylinder; just saying)....but more likely, it's that you've over-tightened the o-ring or need a new o-ring...if you needed to use anything more than your fingers to tighten it up....YOU likely caused the crack in the cylinder. DON'T OVER-TIGHTEN it! If the valve itself won't hold vacuum when you disconnect, contact Size Matters for a replacement valve and see if they'll send just that part.

works ok
Thought about return, the fitting on air/vacuum line does not seal leaks down. But once you get a good seal it works good. does need the ring for the base. depending on vacuum using it started having alittle pain around the base at pelvis. So get the silicone ring should help.

Quality control sucks
As others have complained in previous reviews, there's nothing wrong with the cylinder itself, but air does leak at the hose connector. The issue was remedied by replacing the tip with a disconnect from a different cylinder i have since they're easy to screw on and off. The I thought the threading of the tip was the issue however after securing it tightly i noticed the loss of air was coming from inside the tip where the hose connects, not the outside. Quality Control would make this a better product out the gate.

BE PREPARED!
Love it already! Although the S.M. cylinders aren't the best material (delicate plastic), the craftsmanship is still very impressive. The suction is great. This cylinder is for larger sizes, so be aware. If you are just starting out with "exercising," or you aren't at least 1 3/4 inches in diameter (ca. 5 1/2 inches around), you should consider the 1.75" cylinder, or the 2" cylinder. I have increased my cylinders from the 2", to the 2.25", to the 2.5", and now to the 2.75" (I started to get the 3", however I actually like anticipating "fitting the next size up, as it also boosts confidence in the growth progression). Other than that, HAPPY PUMPING!

Cheaply made AND inconvenient!
This thing started to get little cracks around the fitting pretty much immediately. Oh, and like with many other customers it seems, said fitting wasn't airtight in the slightest. And good luck finding ANY fitting, quick-disconnect or not, that'll fit in the seemingly nonstandard sized and threaded hole at the top short of maybe placing an order with McMaster-Carr (and thus sifting through a much larger and virtual haystack than the already daunting fittings aisle at your local Large Home Improvement Store). I wish I'd heeded the warnings in the other reviews about the poor construction. A cylinder from a cheap-but-severely-overpriced-at-the-ABS pump is sturdier than this garbage. Plus, as it comes with no hose nor male connector, you have to drop even more money on those, and while the hose is (ordinary vinyl tubing works fine and will only run you a few bucks for 10 feet), quick-disconnect fittings are NOT cheap. Plus, maybe it was user error, but the included fitting is seemingly NOT a shut-off, i.e. you can't disconnect the hose without releasing the vacuum, while fittings that will maintain the vacuum after disconnection definitely exist. Don't be seduced by the siren song of the cheap price; you'll get less than what you paid for.

Crystal clear, great width. Not to brag but great for a gent with girth. I recommend buying a clear tape measure sticker(for sewing machine use) to track progress

Nice cylinder but the connector valve isn't the industry standard so my hose would connect but was leaking air but just swapped it out from another cylinder I got from THICKWALL years ago before they shut down
