Bargain or not?
Maybe or maybe not. If you get over-filled bobbins (mine are not THAT full) then it would be no bargain. I cannot yet attest to the thread quality as I just received my package today... have not yet had a chance to use these; but if, as one other reviewer stated, the thread should be a low-quality product, then, again, this would not be a bargain. However, the bobbin class is correct for my sewing machines. That makes the purchase worth something. Even if I eventually wind up discarding the thread due to poor quality, I'll keep and use the bobbins. I did have a difficult time finding the end of the thread, had to unwind about a yard of thread from the first bobbin before I finally located the end. This pack of 12 bobbins was the lowest priced package I could find on Amazon.com. I don't want or need 20 or 50 bobbins... but 3 or 4 would be too small a quantity. Since there's not a real fabric store in my town, I have to buy my sewing amenities where and when I find them. Walmart doesn't count as a good source of sewing supplies; they carry small variety of things - including bobbins of this class, which only come in unfilled 3 packs, not larger sized packages...It is not a bargain to buy anything there, except perhaps a package or two of the pre-cut fabrics they offer, and maybe thread to match. If Amazon allowed a 3.5 star rating, that's what I'd rate this purchase... it's better than 3 stars, but not really worth a full 4 stars, unless the thread is of decent quality.

Bobbins at your doorstep.
The local stores didn’t have what I wanted so I turned to Amazon and the next day it was here. Great seller and product as described and expected.

Handy bobbins
I got these to make a traveling sewing kit for my husband who travels a lot on business and I didn’t want to give up the bobbins to my sewing machine to make sewing kits for him so these loaded bobbins are perfect. I gave them a four star because some were hard to start unwinding. Now a few buttons, some needles in a pill bottle and they’re good to go!

Not the size that came with my machine.
My Singer 4562 takes a size 66 bobbin. I have the originals which is pictured with the blue thread. These new white ones are not the same size. Mine are bigger and more curved and fit the machine perfectly. The white ones shift around in the bobbin case since they are too small. Disappointing considering these are from Singer.

Good price for thread alone
Actually a very economical way to get 600 yds of black and white thread. This isn't the size bobbin my machine uses so I use it for my top thread and also rewind it to my own bobbins. Even with giving away the bobbins, it's still a great deal.

Fit in my sewing machine perfectly. No flaws found and the thread on the bobbins are very sturdy. I have not had a problem with them and will more than likely purchase more in the future!
