Great Customer Service

I purchased this pump after one that I'd been using failed after 3+ years. Thing was It was just when I was winterizing it for the season. I received the new pump and, without ever opening it, stored it away. This May I had plans for Memorial Day weekend and decided to setup my waterfall feature. I opened the box with the new pump enclosed, hooked it all up and it wasn't working, not pumping water. Looking at it I observed that the impeller was just knocking around, not spinning. I contacted customer service and after a couple of very pleasant emails and photos, they sent me a replacement part. That fixed the problem and it works like a charm. I couldn't be more happy! I plan to purchase from them should the need arise! They went above and beyond considering the purchase was six (6) months prior!!

Wasn't able to pump water

This is the 2nd one I bought. I thought maybe I got debris or something in first one to cause it to stop working, so I took it apart but nothing seemed be causing malfunction. I decided to just try another one because it worked good for about 10 uses until I thought I broke it. I installed the new exactly as instructed, which is pretty easy. Made sure pump was submerged and filled with water. Plugged in, motor came on and sounded funny and no water came out. Once i disconnected the hose I turned it back on while submerged to see how much force the water would shoot out without hose. It only bubbled some water out with no force at all. Very disappointed. I don't think I broke the first one, I think it was defective and just didn't have to power to pump water correctly.

This is a defective product, warranty is not honored by vendor. Don't waste your money

I bought this product as a backup and tried to use it after about 3 months from the purchase date. It did not work, except some rattling noise. Amazon return window was closed. I contacted seller. They asked me to return the pump and they will send me a replacement. So I did ($22 shipping, I had to pay). They did send me a package, but it's the same broken pump! In the picture, you can see how the impeller is broken. The white plastic rod is supposed to be a solid core, but it's hollow and extremely thin. This seems like a fabrication defect, probably most pumps are affected. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Junk!!! Buy from a better manufacturer.

Bought one in 2019, 2020, 2021…they all break just after one year convienently after warranty expires…I just bought yet another one and this time it came broken-no power and something rattles inside. I did an exchange and the new one I just got in the mail is broken too! Just junk. I did message seller and got no response. Don’t waste your money.

Do not buy

I ordered this pump twice for my small outdoor koi pond. The first time, it did not work. After a few hours of frustration, it turned out the impeller, which connects to a magnet, was broken/poorly manufactured. I returned and got a new order of the same pump. I had the same issue (a broken impeller). I ended up buying a Danner 950 GPH pump and it worked perfectly. Do not waste your time or money. This is a poorly designed item.

Still pathetic

I ordered this and it doesn’t pump ANY water but the motor runs. Called customer service and told to make sure impeller is not stuck. OK, checked the impeller and it’s not stuck. Still won’t work. Going back!
