Hermosa para un fan de HP

La taza es hermosa pero tiene unos detallitos en la pintura; es como si el print que usaron para sublimar no saliera bien, tiene manchitas blancas pero es poco perceptible.

packaging was improved

We ordered this once and the mug came already with the handle broken off. So we printed off UPS label, returnded the damaged mug. Then right away ordered another mug thinking maybe it was a fluke that it broke in shipping or handling. But then within days, the second mug we ordered came in the mail. We opened the box and did not even have to take the bubble wrap off to see the second mug rim had a chip in it and a paint chip on side of mug. These mugs each were shipped to us seperately (we had not ordered anything else from this company) so the mugs were each shipped in this very tight fitting small cardboard box with just a thin bubble wrap. I think the boxes are too small and the padding too little to actually keep them from getting broken as the package handlers toss it around. I will not be ordering this a third time. ********************************* I gave this only 1 star the first two times I ordered cup. I really wanted this cup so I did in fact order it a 3rd time in February 2021. It came in perfect condition, I assume because company had vastly improved the packaging. It arrived this 3rd time, with a thicker bubble wrap totally enclosing the cup; then a cardboard sleeve around the bubble wrap to keep it from shifting in the shipping box and to help insulate cup; then finally the outside cardboard box. Again, cup arrived in perfect condition. My cup did have the Grim tea leaves on inside bottom of cup. Very pleased with product.

Great Customer Service!

I have this mug (bought it at a store) and it is a sturdy, heavy mug and holds a lot! It is microwaveable and doesn’t get hot. My son-in-law is a Harry Potter fan and when I saw it on Amazon, for under $10, I bought it to give to him for his birthday—two days from today. It arrived yesterday with a broken handle and so I contacted the company via Amazon to let them know. They replied to me within minutes! Seriously—within minutes. They told me they would send me a replacement and there was no need to return the broken mug. I got the new mug within 24 hours, wrapped in heavy bubble wrap, in perfect condition. I am impressed. You just don’t find this kind of service too much anymore.

Second Damaged Mug

I love this mug. I love the size. I love the sturdiness. I love that it has The Grim painted on the bottom interior so that I can relive Sirus watching over Harry every time I drink from it. That said, the first time I opened the mug the paint was chipped. This is the second Silver Buffalo product I've purchased and the second one to arrive damaged. (The first was a travel mug with a lid that doesn't properly seal.) I love the "look" of so many of their products. I'd easily be a lifetime customer if the quality was there. But 2/2 damaged products? What are the odds? I'll try once more, but if I encounter the same problem I guess three strikes it is. (I did get a replacement and it came in without any issues, but given the purchase history the damage is worth noting.)

Love This Mug!

I had an identical mug that I bought on clearance a few years back and it quickly became my favorite. When I broke it I was very upset. Was happy to see that it was available on Amazon for a reasonable price.

Great gift mug for the wizards in your life.

This was a gift item for my spouse -- she loved the mug and its heft. The handle is roomy and the mug holds a full latte or an extra heaping of whipped cream on a hot chocolate. Highly recommended for any Potter fans out there.

Excellent larger size mug

This mug is SOLID! The colouring has good definition! The inside of the cup has a Grim on the bottom, but not to worry though - this mug brings enjoyment, not a harbinger of doom. Love this mug - Great for any Potter fan

Cute but not durable

Loved this mug! Super cute and holds lots of coffee. But unfortunately not very durable. Got this at Christmas and it’s only February and the handle already broke off.
