Wish I bought this sooner
The media could not be loaded. I got a flyer in the mail for a company who cleans grout and stone floors. I decided to try it myself with this product instead of paying someone $$$. Our kitchen slate floors are 14 years old and are cleaned every 2 weeks, but the grout just looked dingy. I applied this product with a scrub brush in small sections and let it sit for 5-10 minutes. The second time I came back with the scrub brush, the dirt in the grout came off instantly. It is a lot of work scrubbing on your hands and knees, but well worth it. Only wish I had knee pads. I’m showing a before & after close-up of the grout, and also a video after wiping up just one small section of flooring after scrubbing was completed. Keep in mind the floors were mopped 2 days beforehand and you can see how much dirt still came off! Highly recommend this product. Just needs a lot of elbow grease to work. Now I’m applying a stone enhancer/sealer made from the same company.

Didn't work
Ordered this product to clean our tile grout on the floor. Such a disappointment in its lack of performance. Splotchy at best, will need to find a way to clean what it left behind. Our floors are mopped daily, I had hoped this would help clean the grout, it did not work well for us.

No Impact On Rust Stains
We remodeled our shower with hex marble tile flooring with white grout and sealed it with the impregnator product from Miracle Sealants a month ago and it worked great. Unfortunately, we have high levels of rust in our water and I can see the floor starting to stain - especially in the grout sections. So, I contacted Miracle Sealants and they were very responsive and recommended this cleaner as it would be effective while not negatively affecting the sealer we used. I'm disappointed to report it didn't help at all. The rust stains are still visible. I continue my search for something that is gentle enough to use on marble and grout that will remove rust stains...

It's the best!
Apartments with lots of tile inside & out. This is the best. Be aware, if you use full strength it can remover sealer. And, speaking of sealer, they also make the best. It's called "Impregnator Sealer" - that's a name not easily forgotten. Impregantor is not easily removed even with remover.

Not what I was expecting
I bought this expecting it to be the miracle solution that would clean all my dirty grout (like in the picture on the front). The bottle was actually a lot smaller than I expected when it arrived but wasn't a big issue because since you need to dilute it, it's more than enough. I didn't get the results I was looking for though. Even after sponging it on, scrubbing it, putting it on again and letting it sit...it didn't clean the grout the way I'd hoped. I was looking for an alternative to my tried and true Tile-x that I use but looks like I will be sticking with what has worked best for me.

Be careful selecting
This product is excellent for daily cleaning of granite countertops however beware when selecting the 32oz size - it is the ready to use product, not the concentrate.

Didn’t work for tile mold in the shower.
I bought this to clean the mold on my shower tiles. Didn’t really work very well. Had to use a grout brush to clean between the lines. We will probably just try re-grouting the shower & applying new sealant.

Poorly packaged, contents spilled!
This product is great but don't order online! It was poorly packaged so the cap became loose and about 1/3 of the liquid spilled inside the envelope. I will never order this product online again!!!!!
