Love this shampoo. My hairstylist recommended this and I have used ever since. Gives my hair so much volume. Can’t say enough about this product.

I love this brand of shampoo, I usually use the basic “normcore” orange bottle. This time I decided to try out the thickening one because my hair lacks volume, and is pretty fine. It smells so good, just like the orange bottles (I get compliments all the time on the scent of my hair lol) but I noticed after the first use, my hair felt like it had a weird waxy coding on it. I thought maybe I didn’t rinse all the conditioner out of my hair, so the next time I washed my hair, I thoroughly rinsed it out. But it still felt super gross and waxy. I decided to stop using it and I went back to the basic normcore kind. Hope this help!

Best shampoo ever!
I rarely write reviews for anything, but i have to brag about these amika products ! I recently had keratin treatment done for my hair so i lost a ton of my beloved volume :( i Was using R&Co biotin thickening shampoo (which is also great, but wasnt giving me that umphff i was looking for). I saw some videos online about amika and ive known about the product for years but never thought to give it a try (idk why, no reason) anyways, long story short… i bought the liter volumizing shampoo (great value for the amount btw) after 2 shampoos i found my hair having great bounce and thickness, but also soft and smooth (that might be the keratin lol) but i had volume after keratin treatment ! Well, i did also purchase their volumizing mouse and blowout spray… but these products are a game changer !!!! Im sold and have a new favorite regular shampoo and hair products. Also they smell amazing, and packaging decor is so visually attractive!

Not much difference.
Smell is way too perfumed for my liking, almost elderly scented. Works well for clean hair but don’t notice a difference in thickness. I’ll stick to my cheaper shampoo.
