Non stick but not damage resistant
We bought these pots and pans set a month or so ago and we love them. This set comes with a Manuel that states you must season them. We did just that. It’s very similar to cast iron. When you get ANY new pots and pans you have to season them or they won’t really be non stick nor will they cook evenly. I’ve seen lots of reviews saying that these pots and pans are not non stick. They are, just make sure you heat your oven to the temperature the booklet suggests and rub a good coating of vegetable oil(we used grape seed oil) over them and place them all in the oven for 20 minutes. It’s important. Now the damage resistance. They aren’t damage resistant. I suggest using wooden utensils for many reasons. Non stick will scratch and lose its integrity if you use metal on metal. The edges of the pots and pans dent easily so if you are the type to knock off extra sauce or food from your utensils, use wooden so the utensil doesn’t damage the edge. It’s not a huge deal to us, but if you are about aesthetic you’ll want to be careful. The heat is distributed beautifully. We tested the large sauce pan next to another great pan we own and it heats more evenly than it. Had it for years. I believe the ceramic is superior to aluminum by a landslide. Overall, the nonstick is great. If you’re cooking something like a balsamic reduction, it’s not going to just release a sticky substance like that, but a little hot water will release and melt if off like nothing, fresh and clean after that. Eggs always stick when they fry, but again, warm water and a little scrub and it’s good. People have this high A expectation with non stick that absolutely nothing will stick and you can slide everything around in the pan, but that’s not realistic with a $90 set. This is a great set and I truly do recommend them. Just be sure to take care of everything you own and it won’t go to waste or break on you.

Must oil
These pans are fantastic! The trick is you must oil them and put them in the oven. Otherwise everything will stick and burn. I did so and after using them for a couple of months, everything started to stick and I re oiled and put them in the oven again and they bounced right back.

Pretty much as others have said...these are good pans and a good value but not perfect.
The good: For under $100 these are good pans. You need to season them as they tell you in the instructions. The people who complain about food sticking probably haven't done this step. The bad: The handles are kind of thin and sharp so not the easiest to hold. The lid handles get very hot (some other brands have an insulator to keep them from getting hot but these do not). So if you can live with the bad these are a good set of pans for short money.

BEST PANS EVER!
I first found this brand about three years ago by accident at a discount store. I thought I would try it out to see how well it stood up to its advertisement. It was the best decision I ever made! I wanted a full set of pans and when I found them on Amazon, I jumped at the chance of getting a set. I have not been disappointed! The heat distribution is amazing, they are literally scratch resistant, and they are so easy to clean! If you are looking for a great set of pans, try these, you will not be disappointed! Highly recommended!

Great nonstick cookware and PFOA and PFTE free
First, do not listen to the people who apparently can’t read directions and give this cookware low ratings. Before using them you need to “cure” them, which is simple and only takes a few minutes and can be repeated if pans start to lose their nonstick properties. Also, NEVER use spray-on cooking oil with any nonstick pan as it degrades the nonstick properties, and I rarely use metal utensils and never put them in the dishwasher. The key is to use a little butter (I love and use a little Smart Balance that works great) or oil before cooking anything. If you read reviews of all nonstick cookware they all at least partially lose their nonstick properties — especially the ones that are PFOA and PFTE free like these, which is rare BTW — so using a little butter or oil is all it takes. I’ve used these pans for many, many years and they’re still working very well and make cleanup so much easier, even with burnt-on stuff that can be a nightmare with regular cookware. My only complaint with this set is it doesn’t come with a 12” pan, which is really a kitchen necessity and I’d much rather have than an 8” or 10” pan. Also, standard lids don’t lock in place on the pans, which is a little annoying if you don’t have Red Copper lids. Honestly, given their performance and value and that they’re both PFOA and PFTE free I can’t ever see buying any other cookware. Very highly recommended!

look good on the pot rack in our kitchen
This set of pots and pans replaced a mixed batch of old worn out things that had outlived their usefulness. After a few months of using them nightly they seem to be holding up very well. They clean up with just a dish brush and some warm soapy water. I am happy so far.

My go-to pots
They are SO EASY TO CLEAN. When I bought my first piece, the square deep fry pan, my son asked" Why would you buy that THING?", now he uses it more than I do When I got my set, I gave away all but my cast iron pans. I love them and you will too

No lid for saucepan.
Nice looking and nonstick. Cooks very well. My only issue is that there is no lid for the saucepan. This type of pot is used very often in my cooking and having no lid for it makes it almost useless.
