A good value
What you get: 1. five of the most commonly used tips. 2. a coupler. 3. a reusable bag. 4. a plastic box in which all the above fits quite nicely. 5. Basic instructions. (These are useless. Better to go on Martha Stewart's site and download her tutorial, which has pictures that make more sense.) The tips and coupler are pretty standard, about the same quality you'd find in a hobby store. Obviously, if you're going to be using them daily or weekly, you might want to go for professional quality supplies, but these will hold up quite nicely for the two or three dozen times a year I'll use them. I was surprised that the bag was re-usable; I figured, for this price, it would be a sample of a disposable bag. The plastic case is nothing fancy, but at least you won't be spending an hour hunting through your kitchen junk drawer looking for the star tip while your frosting turns to stucco. Be sure to dry the bag thoroughly after cleaning it and before storing it. (I put a long-handled wooden spoon in a glass, then invert the bag over this overnight to dry.) Obviously, if you often use multiple colors, you'll want to buy extra bags and couplers, but this is a good sturdy starter set for the occasional or beginner decorator.

Learning how to decorate a cake
This icing set arrived on time and is a great beginning set. It has lots of different tips and two bags which is great. I am having fun learning how each tip works; however, the set only comes with one coupler which allows you to use one tip at a time. I purchase additional couplers, which allows me to have more than one bag of icing ready to go with different tips so I am able to make better and more intricate designs, but the set didn't allow for this.

Good value for price
I needed to decorate some holiday cookies and this kit had all the bits I required for less than buying them separately. I have only used a couple of the tips and both bags so far, they have worked just as they should. The plastic box is nothing special, I consider it a free bonus for the price. I will use a rubber band to keep it together in the drawer.

Not a bad product but
because the tips are so small you may not get the design you want. It is a great price however, its probably best to spend money on some bigger tips. The piping bag is nice, though a little small. Overall its a good product and a great price.

Decorating tips
I am very happy with these. I am by no means a professional, and these suit me just fine. Lots of tips to choose from. And lots of cool designs to make. All in all, very good purchase!

I used it only once and found I had to refill too often. It now Rests in Peace in my drawer.
