Easy to assemble
Took 30 minutes to assemble. Getting the back on was the hardest part. I work from home and I’m a larger man. Seems to be sturdy and comfortable. I recommend having your own Allen wrench and not the one sent with. They did forget to send me assembly instructions. I found them on google, not that I really need them it’s just nice to see how stuff is suppose to fit. Only thing I don’t like so far is the cheap inserts on the arms that hide the screws. They are going to fall out it you don’t put a touch of glue on them.

Like this chair a lot, however.
It was easy to assemble and very comfortable but after a few weeks it felt like the cushions are not as soft as before it feels like it the foam is not recovering to it’s shape I’m a average sized person too, also why do all these chairs get squeaky when you lean back so fast ? Is there a office chair where they don’t squeak after a month of daily usage?? I wish plus they charged a premium price I think I’ll save up for an x chair and forget these brands

Just what I needed!
I'm a big guy 280 LBS and 5'9" and I needed a large chair to hold all my goodness while still staying comfy for long work from home hours. I'm happy to report this chair is comfortable and I have been sitting in it for hours now without so much as a pain or discomfort to report. My only complaint was the factory left some sort of plastic aligner on the underside of my chair which I had to remove with wire cutters in order to properly attach the chair base to the underside of the seat. A solid chair for a solid price, no real complains here. I would buy this chair again.

Best chair I've owned so far.
I fell into the trap of "gaming chairs " and wasted money on not 1 but 2 different types. They were cheaper ones but still always ended up being uncomfortable too soon. 1 of them, the hydraulics for the height gave out way too soon. NOW, this chair is awesome. Its always nice to sit down in it. The arm rests are a good length. The height can go up pretty high. Only down fall, and I'm fine with this, is that there isn't a head rest portion. The backrest does go up pretty high that I can rest my head on it when I need to but its not comfortable for long period. This does force me to correct and work on my posture when sitting though so its more of a blessing in disguise than downfall. All in all, DO NOT BUY INTO GAMING CHAIRS(unless maybe its one of the well known brands but they'll charge like crazy for the name brand AND for the fact of having gaming in their name) this brand of chairs are amazing. I've only bought 1 but its already surpassed the other chairs I've used.

Screws need tightening every single day
Great chair for the price. Would be 5 stars if I didn't have to tighten the screws that hold it together every day.

Comfortable, good sized and well constructed
Arrived in perfect condition and took about 30 minutes longer than necessary to assemble because one screw was stripped and will not go all the way in. Otherwise it was easy to assemble and is very comfortable.

THIS IS NOT A SERTA BRAND CHAIR
Long review, TLDR at the bottom. Like the title says, this is not a Serta brand chair, according to the instruction manual it is from a company called True Innovations. (Looking them up it looks like they are a knock off brand, they also advertise Lay-Z Boy office chairs) There are some minute differences between the chair and the images such as the stitching, the pictures advertise contrast stitching and in reality the stitching and material are both black. This is because the pictures are of actual Serta Brand chairs and this item is not that. I am quite disappointed to have spent $200 on a chair that was not Serta when the exact same Serta chair is this same price on other websites. Unfortunately I have no means of being able to send such a large item back so it seems like I will be stuck with it. Overall I do not hate the chair, I just do not think that it is worth the price I paid when there are better chairs on the market at this same price point. If you want a Serta brand chair I highly recommend looking else where such as Office Depot. Like I said this chair is not that bad. I wouldn't say I was blown away by it but it will suffice for what I ordered it for. The arms are a bit flimsy, when I put extra weight on them, like if I am getting up or adjusting in the chair they move A LOT and the screws do not allow for any more tightening. However, they are fine when lightly leaning on them such as with my chin on my hand or something similar, I do worry that over time they will get looser the more I do so. As for height, I am 5'4" and can barely put my feet flat on the ground from the lowest setting. It fits well under my desk, arms and all which I really like since in the past I have had the issue of chair arms not going under my desks. Finally, this product shipping leaves a lot of opportunity for the item to be damaged. It came in a very flimsy and damaged cardboard box with thin plastic over the cushions and bubble wrap on the arms. I got lucky and received an undamaged item but there is a definite possibility of you receiving a damaged product due to the nature of packaging. I grew up with a parent who worked in a warehouse that shipped out dozens of truck loads a day so I know what good packaging looks like compared to bad packaging, this was bad packaging. Once again, if I am spending over $200 on something I expect care and good quality, both of which the packing of this item lacked. tldr; While I am giving this chair three stars because I have no qualms with the product, I do not recommend buying it. It is not Serta brand but instead a knock off by True Innovations. The arms are flimsy and most likely will not hold up (which is a problem since they are the only things connecting the back to the seat). The packaging quality is horrible so you have a decent chance of getting a damaged product. Look else where for a true Serta brand chair like Office Depot, the real deal is the same price as this knock off.

I Don't Know
I've had this chair for a few weeks and I really can't say that I like it or not. This chair is not similar to any Serta chair that I have used in the past. I am over 100 pounds less than what this chair is rated for yet the seat padding seems to be losing its' effect and is becoming less comfortable daily. There is little lower back support, which is becoming an issue. Right now I am at the point where I am unsure if I will keep the chair or not. Update: Amazon authorized a return of this item, but before I boxed it up my neighbour tried it out and liked it and bought it from me for the same price I paid. So as far as a rating goes I would give it 2 stars while my neighbour would give it 4 stars. Ergo the compromise of 3 stars.

Good sturdy chair.
Very durable, but isn't the most comfortable. Don't rear back on the chair, it will probably break. Upgrade to the large castor wheels down the road. Still using mine after 3 years, and it's never broken down....so can't complain. Could pad my backside better though.

Second Rate Garbage -- DO NOT BUY
Product is sub-standard for the same price as quality chairs in the same class. The chair back is held on by two screws and a prayer -- there is no structural brace. Do not lean backward in this chair. The caster wheels are among the worst I've seen. These will destroy your floors in days, if not hours. The cushion is extremely firm at first, but it has already started to sag and deflate, and I've only had the chair for a while. And on top of all that, my apartment smells like grease from an auto-shop. I legitimately feel like I've been a victim of a bait-and-switch and feeling extreme buyer's remorse. The worst part is that the chair was expensive, so now I have to suffer with the consequences of someone else's greed.
