I sprayed foam into my hands then massaged it into kitty’s fur working up a lather. Followed up with brushing. He wasn’t bothered by it at all and enjoyed getting brushed. After brushing he is now following up by giving himself a bath. I highly recommend this product. It’s not sticky and does not leave an odor. Fresh and clean. I tried a similar product that was a spray. He did not like it and it did not absorb well. Left his fur wet and he would run every time I tried to spray him. Even when I would first spray the brush. When shopping for a waterless kitty shampoo JP Pet is definitely the way to go.

Amazing stuff!
This product is everything it said it would be. My poodle pup peed on his bed and laid in it. (All night) I am not able to get him in the tub because of my back and heart ( on disability) and my husband is only home on weekends to help.(long haul trucker)I needed a temporary fix until he got home. I have a very sensitive nose, especially to animal urine, so I had my doubts about the product working well enough to satisfy my sniff test. I got a damp wash rag and proceeded to pump the product on a section of his coat at a time using the rag to rub it in. After I got his whole coat washed I let it dry and then brushed it. Low and behold, it passed my sniff test. I will never be without this product!

My dog is smart & dramatic ????
So if you have a smart and dramatic dog like mine who hates baths, they will figure out very quickly what's going on when you use this shampoo on them. I would buy a lick mat and peanut butter along with the shampoo. I still have to catch her in order to use the shampoo on her, because she'll take a lick and then run away, but at least I didn't have to deal with a wet dog and furry bathtub afterward! By the way, I also have a dog who is dumb and dramatic and she lets me use this on her just fine. However, she likes to wander, so the lick mat is also a good idea for her.

Absolutely Amazing!
This product is amazing. I purchased because my 9 yo dog had surgery with multiple surgery sites and needed to wear a cone for 2 weeks. She was miserable and itchy and I couldn't let her clean herself or give her a regular bath. Her skin is normally quite itchy, she takes a daily prescription med to stop the itching, but even that was not enough to stop the itching after the surgery. So, I decided to look for a way to clean her without making the itching worse. I looked at so many dry shampoos, and wanted one that wouldn't overwhelm her with scent. This product is magic- it left her feeling and smelling a million times better. It also happens to be one of the more reasonably priced options. After using it on her whole body, even around her face where she is quite sensitive, she settled down into the most relaxed, peaceful sleep she had had in days. Highly, highly recommend this product, I will continue to use it between grooming to help keep my pup happy and smelling good!

Really nice to have
My little guy has dry, itchy skin. Bathing him too often worsens his itchiness, but his hair picks so much dirt and debris up that he needs SOMETHING done. This is perfect. It allows him to stay clean without dying his skin out and it's way less time consuming than a bath. I'd recommend it to anyone

Amazing!
This stuff is amazing! My cat has a neuromuscular problem which causes him to not be able to posture properly when he pees/poops. Because of that, sometimes he will get urine all over his bum, lower belly and hind feet. He'll get really wet with pee and of course it will smell...like pee. I'm more worried about his comfort than my own but It's not ideal to bath a cat every single time they go to the toilet (plus he isn't very fond of water) but he definitely needs the help in this case! This stuff is great! I just put it on his fur where the pee is and use a washcloth to sortof massage it in. It really does get rid of the urine scent and does a good job of cleaning! Unfortunately I still have to fully bath his hind quarters occassionally but this stuff is really great for in between baths. I really think he is more comfortable now that we've found a solution. I've tried a lot of waterless shampoos for this exact purpose but this is the only one that actually fully cleaned and took away the odour.

Wouldn’t recommend
It’s not great. I bought this for my dog for after daycare, as she smells terrible when she gets home. This made no noticeable improvement to her smell, or the feel of her coat after using.
