Missing parts

Update #2 : Replacement arrived within a few days. Much better to just return everything and get a new replacement via Amazon. Never heard back from customer service from the previous missing parts. The replacement via Amazon arrived in great packaging and all the pieces where there. Update: instead of waiting for a live person, after a week, I returned the item and just ordered another. The first order was great. Everything arrived in great shape. I ordered another and was missing screws. I sent a message to manufacturer. No parts as of yet or a live person to speak too. It’s been about a week.

Great Little Toy Box

This is a great little box. I keep a friends grandson on occasion and I have a lot of toys for him. They were in a gym bag in the closet...now he can get what he wants when he wants it. Easy to assemble - did it myself in about 30 minutes - just need a screwdriver. For the money...I'm thrilled!!!

Great for stuffies!

This was perfect for my daughter's stuffed animals. Only thing I'd comment on is the metal bits that are a part of the lid system on the inside, takes up to much space.

As always, there are small defects

The instructions were okay. Assembly would have been a bit easier with a second pair of hands when it came to the lid. Small defects in the wood especially on the lid is a little unfortunate, but expected with this kind of material. I almost thought it was black when i opened it, but i should have expected how dark it is. It does have a slight smell, but nothing overpowering. I will say they did their best with packing though. The pieces weren't just thrown in the box.

Great item for what we paid

It was a little difficult to set up by myself but once it was up I was happy with how it turned out. I like how the lid holds itself open with the latch so I don't have to worry about it falling on my babies heads when they get in it.

Great Little Toy Box

Great little toy box. The original one I received was super damaged but Amazon quickly sent me a replacement which I received two days later in great condition. My little girl loves it, doesn’t hurt her fingers when closing the lid, so great design. Building this was also a piece of cake, very simple and took very little time. I just wish it was a little bit bigger as it’s definitely on the small side (which I knew when I purchased it). Otherwise, I Love Delta products.

Great quality, smaller size.

Seems very sturdy. It’s perfect for our 7 month old son, but it is a little small and he’ll grow out of it faster. But so far so good!
