It was a gift and the person receiving it loved it, but I must say I was lucky. It came packed in a box that was to flat for the height of the hat. The top of the hat was smashed when I received it. I decided to keep the hat and let the person see it before shipping back. Mostly to make sure they wanted it replaced or something else. By the time Christmas got here it had popped out and the receiver was pleased so I kept it.

Perfect fit. The elastic band on the inside of the hat helix ensure a good fit.

Nice hat, but my head is just a little bigger than the average man (it's not a watermelon, but it's big), they need to account for my NORMALLY large head.

Gonna be 'Somewhere on a Beach' in this Hat

7.10.22~ Going to a summer concert to get a lil 'Sideways' so need a hat. Ordered 6 through Prime Wardrobe and figured I'd share what I found. Btw~ this panama hat by 'San Diego Hat Co' was my big win on my fedora search. Got really lucky it was the 2nd one I tried on & instantly loved. Kinda hoped one of the San Diego ones would work as they're a Small Biz. Let me tell ya, the pix do not do justice to this guy. So much softer in person. Feels more like fabric than sea grass & Holds its Shape. Has the ability to tip back like a hipster or side-tilt like a 20's gangster. The brim is just right at 3". For me the brim shade is the Make or Break. The other Big Win Feature is the interior headband that stops it from taking flight. It also has open weave, no lining, so heat readily escapes & keeps you cool. The lining in the top & brim is black and blocks the sun yet keeps you cool. *Fit is exceptional on my Large female head. I'm 5'10, with a 22.5" head. Not only is the head rounded to balance my pear-shaped hips but, the soft, black, stretchy fabric gives me a secure & comfortable fit. In love. ~Options that did not work for Fit or Daytime but maybe work for you~ *Bailey of Hollywood Men's Mullan Braided Fedora Hat It arrived smushed & never regained shape. It's a nice hat with its soft woven, charcoal grey fabric & 2.5" brim. The fit was just a tad too loose & San Diego won me over with their band. I know Bailey is a big win among amazon reviewers but don't see the value in its price point. * Henschel Hats Men's Fedora Currently under 20 bucks and much nicer than I expected. Next to Bailey, it wins. The 2" brim was more old school blues or rock guy then girl at a concert. The head was Huge so if you have a Large melon & want night out hat, it's for you. Cool looking black on white heathering with the soft feel of flannel. These were my fedora tries & lucked out found one 2nd try. Now I'm ready to get 'Gone' at my bucket list concert in my Cool new piece. Also lucky they were on Prime Wardrobe so could try them for free at home.

San Diego Seagrass Hats Meet and Exceed Expectations

Often one is skeptical when you see what appears to be value for money. This seagrass fedora hat arrived in a timely fashion...met and exceeded my expectations...and I highly recommend it. You will particularly like not only the style...but the fit...as it has an elasticized inner band on the inside of the hat..that sizes the hat to your head. As a bonus it prevents the hat from blowing off your head in the wind. I bought the hat because of the great texture of the seagrass that adds character to your look... Don't hesitate...it is real value for money.

fits small

i wear sea grass hats all the time as i live in low desert over half the year and they are nice and cool. This hat is well made but fits super small luckily my wife’s head is way smaller and she liked it so no hat for me!
