As expected from Salomon.

I have wear Salomon shoes for almost two decades already. It's the only brand of sport shoes I use and never disappoint me. These are not the exception. The shoes are very comfortable and I can walk all day without getting tired weather a city walk or in a mountain hiking. And these in particular looks stylish, more like sneakers than hiking shoes so I can also wear them with jeans or casual clothes. I may buy a second pair to keep them as replacement for when my first pair wear out.

Like walking on clouds while you hike to them.

From the first try on these boots were super comfortable. I broke them in on a 7 mile, moderate hike. Not once did my feet hurt nor after did I have any places that were rubbed. They are light weight with great traction on any surface.

Like a glove!

I went into REI and tried on at LEAST a dozen pairs of hiking shoes, and when I got to these I fell in love! They fit my feet like a glove, super comfortable, and I can definitely say they are waterproof up to the point where they're supposed to be; I've been through many puddles haha. Con: they are NOT slip resistant. If it's wet I have to be careful on certain sufsces, and for that I give them 4 stars. Even though they're a perfect fit for my foot.

Great warm weather hiking boot.

The shoe is great for warm weather. I'm glad I purchased them. Salomon has been my go to shoe. DO NOT purchase these for cold weather. They will not keep your feet warm.

Not very wide.

I may just have a wider than average foot but that was really my only concern. So far they’ve been good, maybe just a tad snug on the sides but not enough to ruin these shoes for me.

High quality shoes

The shoes are high quality and very soft/comfortable soles. However, the shoes did run a bit tighter than past Salomon shoes I’ve bought, they haven’t loosened up too much. I have wide feet, and other Salomon shoes fit great, but you might want to buy this pair a size or .5 more than usual if you have wide feet

Advanced shoe....poor results

!unfortunately this shoe proved to underperform. Not very waterproof and leaked just walking through wet grass but also tore easily within a few weeks on a light bramble so now cast the shoes asmall useless. Shame had high expectations and cared for these but overall 3 weeks use and already for the rubbish bin.

Size 43 1/3. Beware: small sizing. I am a size 42,5 and this size 43 1/3 is narrow... Beautiful, light hiking/everyday shoe. This is NOT a "kletterschuh"!
