Probably easy if you follow the directions

Ok, so I thought these would be fun to make a set of these. It took A LOT longer than I thought to get them right. It comes with some sandpaper to sand down the center to fit all the tiles…my suggestion is to buy your own sandpaper because the one it comes with really only polishes it. The grit is too fine. It went a lot faster once I got my own sandpaper. I also painted the wood with black and white paint and sealed it with waterproof varnish (this is why it took so long). If you follow their directions, and use the white glue it comes with, it probably would be a lot faster. I just do not know how well the wood would hold up if you are using these for actual coasters instead of decorative.

A vacation favorite craft.

Every few years, a few families gather together to take a Disney Cruise. And every trip, we all look forward to making one of these coasters as a souvenir to take home. Since cruises with our families are not in the near future, (Thanks Coronavirus) several moms Bought these and made them with the kids on a zoom call. Not quite the same as building them with Minnie Mouse on a ship, but still really fun!
