Comfortable, Good Support

Not sure how these will hold up long-term but they are super comfortable and fit just right! I needed to replace my Nike's that I got less than a year ago but didn't want to spend over $100 for a pair of sneakers. These seem to be perfect for what I need them for. I have been breaking them in at the gym this week and can't wait to try them out on the trail later this month.

Reflector decal coming off

After only 2 weeks of wearing them for work they reflector decal started to lift alittle right where the shoe bends when walking. Otherwise the shoe is super comfy and this my 3rd sneaker from this company. I have received many compliments. I work at a hospital and I am on my feet all day. I love the comfort they provide.

Mostly positive

The shoe allows for lateral movement without catching, twisting and straining leg joints. It has a lot of cushioning to lessen impact of various dance, zumba, jazzercise etc. The con is the shape of the toe. Shoe shape need to come forward fairly straight over the big toe. Its is slanted in just enough to make the shoe feel too short. But a larger size would not fit the ball and arch of the foot. It would also benefit from more rounding at the top outside of the toes. Because of the slanting in pressing the big toe, I have stuffed a long spool and a thin spice bottle into the top of the toe in an effort to stretch it. Fix the area around the big toe and I will buy more pairs including some for rail-trails. As it is, I will keep looking for my next pair.

Lightweight .. no more pain!

Amazing shoes for Zumba and cardio/dance! My foot and knee pain is gone. I love that these are light weight and provide cushioned arch support. Instant relief.

Very comfortable

I bought these to do HIIT and cardio workouts although I ended up returning them . They were very comfortable and I considered keeping them for walking/ daily use but still needed good exercise shoes . Wouldn’t recommend for training.

Love Ryka

Have stuck with Ryka for a long time. The back of the shoe actually fits a woman’s heel and the toe is a little wider to allow for some movement and spread. I do miss the 3/4 study shoe, but still love this shoe.

Not for me. :(

I was so excited to try Ryka shoes as I had seen so many good reviews for them online. I typically do HIIT training (with a lot of plyo and lateral movements) and strength training and was looking for a supportive shoe. They are beautifully made, good quality, but unfortunately did not fit my foot shape. I have a narrow heel and found these to be very loose around the heel area. I also did not find these to have good shock absorbtion and found the sole a bit hard. I ended up returning them, but the customer service was very good.

OMG those shoes are perfect for hard workouts!

Omg those shoes are the best i ever had! I try so many shoes that hurt my feets , doing turbofire, insanity , max 30, bodycombat, bodypump ,p90x, for 15 years. Support my feets for my lateral movements, amazing cushing when jumping, (its like jumping on clouds)and enough place for my toes:) im a true 7 in every shoes, but with workout shoes i always take a 7.5 , and my orthotics it's perfect ! I do not need a wide shoes, even if i have a wide foot! Go girls!

Supportive and comfortable

These trainers felt comfortable as soon as I put them on. They look and feel great whatever I'm doing - HIIT, Circuits, Weights or Pilates. They're light so would be fine for running too. Have yet to see how long they last though.

Really good trainer for Zumba and other types of cross training. Looks really nice too.
