glows well and for a decent amount of time
just like the title says it glows well and for a good amount of time. i used this to spray paint a scary face on a pumpkin which was then set in the vicinity of a black light UV source. i did this in a bit of a rush actually as trick or treaters started arriving so it could have been better although it came out pretty good. two things you should put multiple coats on to get a solid glow and also beware of dripping like when you use any other spray paint. other than that no complaints.

Surprised reaction......now!
I honestly had little hope that this paint would actually work. I painted everything white, per the instructions, before generously applying glow in the dark paint on the interiors. I was hoping that the glow would be strong enough to cast shadows off the unpainted surfaces. The lighting effect worked pretty good if you ask me. This paint has a bright reaction to UV light, and is even reactive to ambient light. The paint leaves a slightly off-white color while spraying, so you can see how well you've covered your project. Will definitely be finding more uses for this product.

the glow is not strong with this one.
Product was clear and went on well even in the cold. I left it under a strong light all day and the glow was very week even though I put several coats on.

STIR, Don't Shake!
I use this to make miniature Ouija boards to sell on ebay. I used to use the spray can version but my local Home Depot doesn't sell it anymore (and the spray can version was a lot of work) Knowing that the spray can version worked well (after several coats) I opted for the paint brush on version. I got out my sheet of paper, taped it down, and started painting. I test the glow function after every coat, but after SIX coats this stuff still wasn't glowing, AT ALL. However I did notice two TINY sand sized specs of bright glow on my paper, so I was very confused. I hopped onto the reviews to see what others were saying (I didn't read them before purchasing like I usually do...) Anyway, SO MANY bad reviews. After reading through them I figured out my problem... STIR, DON'T SHAKE! I had been shaking the can like I would do with regular paint, if it looked good and mixed I thought it was good. I ended up using half a can before I figured out I should try stirring it... I got out a set of Panda Express chop sticks from my drawer and started to stir, immediately I felt the resistance at the bottom of the can, a hard clump of substance (the stuff that makes this glow). I stirred and stirred til it was smooth, THEN I put the lid on and shook the can for good measure... VOILA! It works now! (you still need a few coats tho, I will try using Rustoleum primer on my next batch like the can recommends to see if that helps) So STIR, DON'T SHAKE! (Well, shaking after you stir is obviously fine...)

Craft Store Quality Paint
For the price, this is a better deal than most craft store glow-in-the-dark paint; but for quality, especially in commercial use, it is just OK. I am an artist who paints stars on ceilings. My stars glow most of the night, not just fifteen minutes. My paint is expensive. Seven ounces of my paint costs me $140-$280; so when I saw the price and the video for this item, I gave it a try. The pigments in this paint do not pick up and hold light as well as my paint does. However, I have replaced my weaker strength paint with this one, as long as I use this paint on smaller stars. On very white ceilings, this paint will show up as a yellow-green where my regular paint is practically invisible when dry. If you are going to use this on faceplates, handrails, steps, etc, understand that you're putting the paint on surfaces that are going to get dirty. When this paint is dirty, it shows. You'll need to scrape the old paint off and repaint as often as needed. As a craft paint, it will work under blacklights, but for what I do, I can't justify charging $750-$2,000 to paint a ceiling that will stop glowing before the customer falls asleep.

Don't buy this not worth one star as well.
This product is not working at all on any surface. Mother it can be returned now. I am sharing these pics for you to know please don't buy this product. The whole purpose of glowing in the dark is not solved. Wasted my money and my wall also got patches. See the effect on paper and wall in the photographe as well.

Disappointment
Very bad product. It has a brownish hue after drying and a very very pale glow, which is almost nonexistent. Highly disappointed with the product.
