The color chipped right off the first time I put them on, by hand.! So you can just go get a can of whatever color you want and paint the ones you already have.

I got these to put on a 2013 Wrangler (JK model) with 35" tires. I was a bit skeptical that i might have ordered incorrect parts but these worked fine. I go them to replace the black lugs that were on the tires to add a bit of color to my wheels. I wanted something different then the all black look. These added a nice little touch. I am not sure how they look from someone else's view as this is my daily but so far I love what I see.

Not so “rugged” red lug nuts!

I should’ve taken other people’s reviews about poor durability of the finish more seriously... Put these red lug nuts on an 01’ Jeep WJ. Fit and threading is fine. The major issue is with the red coating, I torqued them down once and most of them got chipped in the process. The coating is holding up on the tips (for now) but the sides of the nuts will almost definitely get worse. Had hoped that laying down 2 coats of some Rustoleum gloss clear would provide some protection, but still no luck. As great as they look, I wouldn’t purchase them again!

The lug nuts seem durable enough. UPDATE - 5 stars to 4 stars.. After about 6 months the red exterior is chipping off (at least partly) on most of the lugs, some worse than others. After the red chips off they start to rust. I will without a doubt need to replace these after a year.

They are soft, strip easily. The red comes off anywhere they are touched by a wrench, including the tip of the nut. Otherwise they’re good looking. Glad I bought extra

Was chipped and scuffed right out of the package.

These lug nuts are the same style you can go down to your local auto parts store and pick up for about the same price. They are well made and will work great, however the paint is terrible. It looks great but came chipped and scuffed straight out of the packaging. Unless you change your own tires, the first time you take your vehicle to a shop they'll destroy the finish on these. I recommend you purchase a different product.

A wheel nut with a little pizzaz

I'm glad that they're a one piece acorn design but it won't take long for the red paint to peel off especially on the salty Canadian winter roads.

Looked nice, big désappointement!!

Rugged ridge my a**!! Tried installing them today, when tightening them 3 out of 4 stripped and started turning like butter. Paint also came off on first install. Really do not recommend. Didn’t even bother installing the other ones, putting them in the package and sending these back! I want my money back! 55$ later and these things are pure garbage. Kind of ironic how you guys show a jeep on the package but these lug nuts cannot even withstand the weight of a Honda accord. They looked nice in the package, sad that they don’t live up to that.
