Beautiful faucet

I originally purchased 2 of the regular brushed nickel faucets but after installing one, my wife and I realized it was going to be a chore keeping them clean. The one I installed was beautiful but wherever it was touched, it left a mark. So I returned them and got the brushed nickel with spot defense. Wow, what a difference!! No marks, no smears even as I was installing them. The spot defense feels like it has a clear wax on it, super slippery but unlike car wax, it leaves no fingerprints. Absolutely love the finish! Installation is a breeze. I didn't even refer to the instruction manual. It probably took me about a half hour to install both and I'm not a plumber. Some people here complained about the nut that secures the faucet down and said it was a pain to tighten because Pfister didn't include a tool. Here's a tip: use a deep 7/16 or 11mm socket and extension and hand tighten only. You do not need plumbers putty or teflon tape to install this faucet. Also, Pfister updated the design. Those "push pins" are no longer used. It's a nut that you finger tighten to your hoses. Others have complained about the pressure. A little research to Pfister.com and you'll see that it's designed to conserve water by 30%. I would imagine that like other household faucets by other manufacturers, there should be a way to bypass this feature, however if you do attempt it, you may be met with a lot of backsplash. My basins are small and I feel the flow ( both hot and cold ) are sufficient for my needs. The push and seal stopper is great and super easy to install also. It beats the old pull lever system that takes forever to adjust. Again, no putty or tape needed to install the stopper. Overall, I think the design, style and price is fantastic for this faucet. Solid, heavy quality feel. In my opinion, the negative reviews are unwarranted for a fixture of this design and price range.

Favorite part of our bathroom update!

This faucet was easy to install and looks so nice! It’s definitely not your regular boring old faucet and I love that. We have 3 young kids and I worried about the waterfall not being a good fit with them but they haven’t had any problems with it.

Love everything about it, but the 'pin' water connectors.

This faucet is fantastic. Beautiful, good flow, tall, and easy to use. It's actually a pleasure to use. I love the faucet and would highly recommend it. However, when you install it, there is this weird 'pin' system where you slide the water connector over a second part and clip in a pin. I'm sure on paper, this was a revolution in ease, but in the real world, that pin is hard to get in the right place and the get it pushed in. I've been doing plumbing for over 20 years. I still don't actually know what I did to get it to work. I just kept moving it around and jiggling it and trying to get it placed right. I tried all sorts of combinations and I'm pretty sure I was clear how it was supposed to work yet nothing I tried was clearly the answer. After a few minutes, each one snapped into place. I hope I never have to remove them. Otherwise I'm super happy with this faucet!

Cute kitchen waterfall faucet for our vegetable sink!

I was told that the water flow was meant for a bathroom sink, but I wanted the waterfall type style for a vegetable or bar sink that we installed in our new kitchen island. The waterflow is perfect! Everyone loves it!

Splashes a lot

This is a quality product and the spot defense is excellent. Water wipes off easily even if allowed to dry. Per my headline, be aware that this faucet puts out “laminar” flow (solid stream) and splashes out of the sink. The flow rate is such that even at max flow, it impinges on the drain stopper and splashes. Outside of that a very nice product.
