Easy install, beautiful, quiet flow and very clean looking on the countertop (despite my issue)

Got a pair of these to replace 2 dripping Deltas in the bathroom (both went out within weeks of each other). These are some SOLID faucets up top and foolproof polymer connections below. The open top is not a problem - it drains well and is VERY quiet in operation. The old ones had a garden hose whooshing where these sound like a small babbling stream with no faucet noise at all. Spas should use these as they are VERY clean looking and minimal. Installation was really straight forward. The hardest part was old faucet/drain removal. Actually, it was getting older p-traps to seal again. I don't mind the push to use drain. I rarely use it and when I do, it's usually just soapy water anyway. A downside: BOTH handles on BOTH faucets SQUEAK when turned. Loudly. Like someone shuffling around in a full body rubber suit. Contacting Pfister got me 4 new cartridges but while they were in transit I pulled the handle covers and tested them and they were the squeak source, not the cartridges. Even with lubrication. It feels like an O-ring wasn't lubed from the factory. Tomorrow I have 4 new handles arriving and I'll update based on how they perform. UPDATE: 12/25/21 Got the new handles and 1 of the 4 squeaked right away. The rest squeaked after being installed for a day. This occurs when tightened snugly so the skirt does not turn as the handle is turned and so the handle does not jiggle loosely. The noise still comes from the joint of the handle and the skirt. (not the cartridge). I will contact Pfister again for replacements. Now, these are completely usable, just slightly annoying. Now that they've dropped $40 (WTH???) I'd be inclined to replace the rest of the bath sinks faucets in the house. We'll see what Pfister says this time...

Easy install

Water stems did not fit our sink holes, returned unit

We liked the style and finish of this faucet. Now the bad news. The water valves are 1.25 inches (1 1/4”) and the holes in the existing sink, when the old faucet was removed, are 1.125 inches (1 1/8”). Rather than attempt to modify the sink holes, we opted to return the faucet. The description does not list this spec, which for me was critical to success. This may be easier to assess with a new sink install rather than a retrofit. The return process was easy, using my local Kohl’s which had an in-store return kiosk.

A great upgrade

I ordered two of these for my bathroom and they are great. I've used Pfister faucets before and love the ease to install, quality, and style. These checked all of those boxes and more.

Slow flow a winner

Absolutely love these faucets. Love the slow flow, as son always turns faucets on full blast and splashes everywhere and wastes water. This slow flow is great for water conservation. Awesome design. Solid and attractive

What a pain!

Beautiful, sleek design but the handles squeak like crazy and the hair trap causes water going down the pipe to make loud dripping noises. Customer service is easy to reach but have swapped out valves, handles, cartridges maybe 8 times. The squeaking has improved but not gone away. Uncertain if anything can be done about the dripping noise

Fantastic

It’s not fun to be under your bathroom sink to install a new faucet. But this one is not only beautiful but was the easiest I’ve ever installed. The hardest thing about this faucet is getting the old one out

Unique bathroom fixture

The media could not be loaded. Fixture and components were nicely packaged and bagged for ease of installation. The step by step instructions were spot on, yes this wide spread faucet is more complicated to install that a traditional one piece facet but I was done in and hour. This is a good quality fixture for a reasonable price and I’m very satisfied!

The quality of the manufacturer is superb.

The media could not be loaded. We replaced our last set of taps after only 2 years. We loved the look but the quality was not there. Only buy from north america manufacturers to get the quality of materials and workmanship as well as warranty.imo.
