Well worth the money for this product ! Solid made faucet , also Made in USA ! This looks like something that was made to last a long time ! Easy to install , with great directions .

Nice faucet

I can't speak to durability, as I just installed it a few weeks ago, but it is easy to install, works well, and looks good. If I remember and am still around, I will update this review in 20 years to address durability.

Chrome on Top and Bottom + Made in USA

This faucet was well made. It arrived pre-assembled--even with the supply lines attached. It is chrome on the top and bottom (not chrome on the top and plastic on the bottom). It's made in USA (Ohio).

Sturdy and efficient faucet, but...

My first impressions after installing this faucet are mostly good. It's sturdy, and provides solid water pressure - while actually using less water. I paid for professional installation. It went with no problems, but I can't speak to how easy/difficult it would be on your own. I like the faucet handle's design. The downsloped on-off lever is in the right place so you'll naturally slide the lever down, turning the water off, with just your thumb when you finish washing. So it feels like they put some ergonomic thought into it. The water flow and pressure is great - and it combines more air with the water so there's actually less water used, while still providing what you'll need. The picture does it justice - it's a modern chrome item and it looks sharp on the vanity. It actually helped spruce up my current vanity, which is an outdated 1980's clamshell design from original construction before my time. I like the little screw-tool that enables easy removal of the faucet filter tip and makes for easy cleaning. I have hard water with sediment, and I will be using it! This replaced a faucet that worked well for nearly 30 years, despite hard water and a couple owners before me. Who knows if this will hold up just as well. BUT, one of the little indicators at the top (a red dot that indicates 'hot') fell out and disappeared immediately. Obviously, that has no effect at all on the faucet's performance, and it's not that noticeable (but it's not invisible either), but I hope it's not indicative of the quality control. Any little problem like that always gives me pause - the old faucet broke too, but it took nearly three decades, not thirty minutes.

Great mid-priced bathroom faucet

I have both Moen and Delta brand bathroom faucets in my house and personally can't decide on a favorite between the two; both make high-quality products that you can purchase in different pricing tiers. This is a nice mid-priced faucet that I have absolutely no problems with (I wish we had gone brushed nickel with our fixtures, but the chrome looks nice for being chrome). Easy to install, works as it should, very nice looking. I'm quite pleased with the product.

Easy install, nice look and feel

This faucet was a lot easier to install than standard ones we've installed in the past. The hot/cold water lines are pre-connected to the faucet saving time in having to connect them from two different points. The bolts for attaching the faucet to the vanity top made this step much easier- there are no plastic washers to tighten. Instructions say to adjust heat after installed but ours works well with factory settings. i.e. Our hot water heater is turned down enough already-no scorching or burning hot water. Everything was included except for putty,tape and wrenches-there were no extra no plumbing fittings to buy. Removal of the old Glacier faucet took three times as long as it took to install this entire faucet. Great fittings-no leaks. Includes very easy to follow instructions, there was hardly any text, but lots of pictures that you follow, which was more than enough, because it was amazingly easy to install. The family likes it. It's very easy to use, looks nice, cleans up very easily, and works well with a nice hand feel. We are all very pleased.

Moen 8437 M-Bition Faucet

Moen makes high quality faucets for every budget. The 8437 bathroom faucet is a very well made faucet at an entry-level price. The chrome finish is flawless, the styling is a contemporary twist to a classic design. The faucet came with all the mounting hardware, and the water lines were already attached as a part of the unit. The control handle turns on and off smoothly and with little effort. The nice thing to this faucet, is that the water temperature can be adjusted so that there's no chance of scalding hot water coming out; this is especially nice in a home with children or elderly who have trouble with such things. There isn't really anything not to like about this faucet, it's a great solution to those needing a temperature control faucet without breaking the bank.

High Quality Moen

Moen is one of the best when it comes to their quality faucets. This faucet, the Moen 8437 is constructed of Solid Brass with a triple chrome finish, ceramic washers that will last indefinitely without leaking. The finish is beautiful. Some colors and styles come and go, but Chrome will always be in style and will always look great. I personally like the single handle, because there is no temperature adjusting while you have soap or shaving cream in your hand trying to mess with separate handles. This faucet is also a water saver, while still giving you ample presure. I really like my new faucet. It so easy to operate and it really sets off my new sink & cabinet.
