It was a Big Hit at my Party... Includes Hat & Handkerchief, Runs for 3-4hr at a time
Great costume, included a hat and handkerchief! The only complaint I have is that after 4hr of running, the fan began to slow drastically (40% power). I turned it off and then back on after 30min and it was back to full power. I thought the batteries had died, but they were new batteries, and as it turns out the motor simply got too hot. I'm 5'8" and it fit very well; Would probably be perfect on someone 5'10-6'. Build Quality: For a $24 costume, the build quality was excellent! The entire costume is nylon, seems were sewn well. The handkerchief is just a thing piece of red plastic, thankfully I had a real one to use. The hat was decent, foam core with nylon shell. The drawstring around your waist took a little effort to cinch and I ended up having to tie a half knot to keep it from slipping. The tail of the bull is too thin to inflate, plus air escaped through the small of my back.

Works as expected - Bring Extra Batteries.
I bought this for a blow up costume party (New Orleans is amazing). It fit, although I recommend getting an additional piece of rope or twine because he hangs low. I had a lot of other costumes to compare it to, and I think that the Bull Rider is one of the better ones. (The Ostrich one was the most popular, and I think sat a bit better on most sized people). We walked all around the french quarter and this guy held up ok. It isn't too hard to walk around in, but bring extra batteries, because the costume sucks through batteries like crazy (4 hours and you'll need new ones). I would also recommend bringing some duct tape, (especially if you're with friends). A little duct tape goes a long way when you get a tear or rip. The hat is not quality, but the bandana was a nice touch. Be prepared to reach into your inner chamber and lose some air unless you have a bag or a purse. The battery pack requires a screwdriver to open, so be prepared. We had to break one in half and duct-taped it back together.

I purchased this costume for my 10 year-old son and ...
I purchased this costume for my 10 year-old son and didn't receive the fan blower that connects to the motorized unit to blow the costume up. The hankerchief was also missing but the fan was more important. I became worried that we would not receive the missing parts before my son's school parade but after notifying the seller, we received them on time. This is one of the main reasons I gave the seller 3 stars. I had to altar the costume with duct tape because the legs were too long and hem the rider's legs with duct tape and overall the adult costume worked out. My son explained that eventually the costume would not blow up anymore but we have to examine exactly why. The costume was a huge hit at school, so consider the "wearer" and what environment they will wear it in when you purchase it.

Look for something different, this will just let you down.
All the parts came with this, but it was in a very small package. The hat is garbage. I have a small head and this was tight on my head, and it was pretty much balled up inside the package so couldn't make it look like a hat at all. The neck scarf is just the same material as the hat and bull, but wrinkled and thin. The costume itself was extremely wrinkled, and the fan didn't do anything to help smooth out the wrinkles. Speaking of the fan, it is LOUD. It is all plastic, takes 4 AA batteries, but you have to constantly keep it running for it to keep the costume inflated. Air leaked out very easily; the cinch tie on the waist came open by itself just by standing still. It's a cute idea but doesn't work as well as they advertise it. Maybe if the item sealed better somehow around the body & came with a quieter fan it would be better. 2 stars because yeah, it fits, and yeah, it inflates. But that's about it. Not very impressive at all. I'd recommend trying something else.

Kids loved it.
Big hit at the party. I’m 6’2” and 320 lbs. Fit ok. Don’t get this if you need to move around too much or walk any sort of distance. It kinda ties you together at the knees.

Costume is good shipping is ehh
The costume itself is nice, fit well and came with all the parts. I put batteries in it and put it on and it blew up no issues. I said the shipping was ehh because the tracking was so inaccurate. I'm standing here in the costume typing this review but if I check the tracker it still says that it is on the way. I'm not mad about it I'm just saying it's 2016 our technology is better than that.

This is a very limp bull.
This costume failed to inflate properly. In the end it looks like a very sad, limp bovine. My daughter refused to wear it as it looked pathetic. Unlike the product photo, people wearing this will not be happy unless they're attending a very sad, borderline depressed, dress up party.
