It's... Fine
It's the sort of thing you look at and say 'I could make that in 2 minutes' but then you buy it instead and are kind of mad about it. It's fine. Cheap material with not much stretch, its too big for my head (which is not small) so I'll try to sew up the seams a bit to make the mouth tighter. The little ball at the end is not separated by a string like in the photo.

My son wore this as a pajama day gag with a dressing gown. Lots of fun. He loved it, exactly what he was looking for.

A little thin
Worked fine but it's a little thin.

Scrooge' s nightcap
We used this as a Scrooge cap. It is a little long and thin so we had to roll some of it up inside itself and throw in a couple stitches to hold. Then it fit much better. I also clipped off the pom on the end. It was a great stage prop.

Great for a costume!
Perfect for Ebenezer Scrooge costume! Ours had a different ball than the photo, more of a smaller pompom, which I actually liked a lot better anyway. Very functional.

Large size, may not fit most heads.
Very thin fabric. Would not keep a head warm in chilly air (air conditioning or late fall evenings outside). Great for an indoor costume party, but wouldn’t recommend for either Trick or Treating, nor for actual use as a night cap. The size was very large. I attempted to fold the edge over a few times to narrow the opening but it is still too large for my head.

Made my husband happy!
For years my husband has been looking for a sleeping hat. He is happy. The quality is cheaper than I expected though.
