Quality issue

+1 on the photo review posted by orms on Aug 9, 2021; mine broke exactly the same way. That's a plastic rod on which the handle attaches; it should be steel or aluminum. I contacted Rubbermaid, and "there are no replaceable parts" for this item. Edit: Kudos to Rubbermaid's customer service, which stepped up. It took a while to get a response to my contact through their website, but once I did the process moved along quickly. I had hoped to just replace the plastic rod, but they shipped out a replacement unit.

Best Flat Mop Long Lasting

I bought this with the matching handle with the bend at the end and microfiber attachment with fringe. I have mostly tile floors on the main level, around 1,000 sq ft and it takes forever to sweep it or even use a Swiffer. So far, I found this to be a much better solution. I have 3 cats and a dog and I need to clean the hair off the floor frequently and I don't want to spend all day doing it. I was able to do the floors in at least half the time of any other method and by looking at the pad, I think it did a decent job of picking up hair. I like that it pivots fairly easily and it's too heavy - I think they could make the handle lighter, but the whole thing is much lighter than the Rubbermaid Reveal, with the water bottle attachment. You can get down low to get under furniture - I was pleased to get entirely underneath a couch that sits 4-6 inches off the floor. I recommend getting the microfiber pad with fringe because I think it picks up better than the microfiber alone.

My cleaning ladies requested it.

When it was time to replace our floor mop, I asked my cleaning ladies which one they would like. They asked me to get this one as they have used it in other homes and prefer the way it's made and how the pads fit on the mop head. We have hard wood floors and they use Bona hardwood floor cleaner. The pads are easy to wash and I let them air dry.

love it. It is thin so it can easily mop under the sofas, coffee tables etc. it is long enough to be able to clean a large space at a faster time than what it would take to with any other mop, and very light weight that even though your house is all floors you can clean it efficiently without getting tired. It is also a reasonable price. This bottom i got here at amazon for $15 an my original mop like this I got at a local Home Depot for $30 (bottom and mop stick) so it is a reasonable price. I had accidently broken my bottom piece and Home depot no longer sells this item and was happy not to need to buy the whole mopping device but only the bottom piece which I was in need. It also help to get the free shipping! Totally recomend this item to anyone.

Highly Recommended!!!

I've been a high-detail cleaner for a good few years now, and this is the best mophead I've yet used. The angled corners make getting into crevices and corners much easier (whereas other mopheads necessitate cleaning the corners and edges of floors by hand first), the head pivots responsively, it connects and disconnects from the pole very easily, and it's durable. The Velcro on the bottom could be a little longer, as that's the part that makes the most contact with the floor through the mophead, but I still find it more effective, thorough, and durable than the leading competitor's mophead.

I own a cleaning company and le t me tell you this: Buy the real deal. The item feel like a cheap knockoff of the velcro yellow ones done by the same company. Pads barely hold when you put a clean one. I would not even dare put a wet pad on it. It's totally useless. I'm not bringing that to the job I'll get laugh at by my employees. Normally I would not go to such effort to say something is bad but you also can't get your money back unless you contact rubbermaid... This item IS A JOKE... DON'T BUY IT... GET THE REGULAR YELLOW ONES.

Compré todas las piezas en Amazon por separado, cuidando ordenar exactamente las que fueran compatibles porque hay diferentes tamaños. Lo uso en mi hogar, es muy fácil de utilizar, hasta se disfruta hacer la limpieza con él!!

Ce n'est pas affiché dans les images, mais les velcros dessous sont de moins bonne qualité que l'original en aluminium. Ça travail pas bien et cerise sur le Sunday, il est impossible de le retourner..
