Very handy but poor company response

These boxes are well made and very handy. My only complaint is that on multiple orders, one lid was missing. When I reported this to the company, there was no response at all.

Bought on sale price. Serve's it's purpose.

I'm not using the rack system to hold them, but they do keep my screws organized, I only need 2 in my bag. The lid isn't too tight, which is both good and bad. I'd be ok with a sliding tab to lock the cap.

Love this Rubbermaid system

I have the whole Rubbermaid Fasttrack system in my garage, and I really like it. These pegs go into the toll cabinet, and are perfect for holding small hand tools.

CAREFUL - Misleading Marketing - Fasttrack Wall and Fastrack Rail assessories are not compatible

Rubbermaid makes a FastTrack Slat Wall System and a Fastrack Rail system. The accessories are NOT compatible with each other. Many of the accessories are listed as FastTrack without indicating they are for one system or the other in the title, or the description. The "Rubbermaid FastTrack Wall" manufacturer video is shown with this product is misleading. The video features both the Rail and the Wall Panels integrated into ONE video. Their video is titled and narrated over and over as a "Garage System". Note: "Garage System" - singular - meaning ONE garage system. So you'd think the accessories would be compatible right? NOPE. It is TWO systems. The accessories for the wall panels is very limited and doesn't meet our needs., will they meet yours?
