Cute boots. Run small

Purchased these boots in 11 wide. I usually wear an 11 but have a high instep. They shipped me a regular 11. I couldn't even get the boot on my foot. Please, Order a size up. I want to replace them, but Amazon tells me I will get the exact same size. If I refund and reorder, the price has more than doubled since I purchased, so I refuse to do that. Really bummed, I wanted these boots.
