Amazing Star Wars Contact Paper

We bought this to add to dresser drawers that we were refurbishing & it looks awesome in the drawers! I absolutely love the design, and it’s neutral which is a plus!

I’d definitely buy again

We recently started freshening up different rooms in our home. We got our kids new bunk beds and I wanted to do something more. I found this wallpaper. I instantly fell in love with it. My whole family is Star Wars fans. At first I didn’t want to spend the money on this wallpaper because there is other wallpaper that is cheaper but in the end I liked the pattern the best. I read up on using self adhesive wallpaper and here is what I gathered. 1. Wash your walls first. I got a sponge and light soap and water and washed the whole wall. Then I went back over with a wet wash cloth to make sure I got all the soap off. 2. Let it dry. I let it dry a couple hours. I had my windows open so I don’t think it needed that long but I wanted to make sure. 3. I bought a $6 kit off Amazon that had an exactly knife, and some plastic tools for helping get all the wallpaper down. So worth it. I wasn’t running around trying to find different items. However an old credit card and an exacto knife would probably work. I also used a level and a blow dryer. Once is did all that I started on the left side of the wall and just started pasting the paper up. The design I had has a very light grid that is part of the design. I started by leveling the grid so I had a pretty straight design as I went. When I got to the next sheet to go on the wall I made sure to line up the design first so I actually didn’t use about 6 inches of the roll at the top because I didn’t line up but it was fine. I went gradually, lining up part of the design and adhering it to the wall. Pulling more of the back off, lining up the design, adhering it to the wall and so on. The paper is slightly stretchy so you can kind of manipulate it to do what you want. Some parts I had stretched out the paper too much, by using a blow dryer the heat helps it go back to its original shape. It takes time to get it right. I definitely peeled some sections back off and redid them so that they would match up to the design better. My wall definitely isn’t perfect but with this design it was easy to hide the mistakes. Another tip, don’t let the adhesive side stick to another adhesive side, I couldn’t get them back apart. Overall I’m very happy with how it turned out. It’s been over 2 weeks since I put it up and I haven’t had a problem. It was fairly easy to install and I didn’t have anyone helping. I want to do this to another room and I want to use this brand again.

Don't use on fresh paint!

This wallpaper is great! I used it for an accent wall in my son's Star Wars themed bedroom. It was a two person job but installation went well. You can peel and re-stick without impacting adhesion. The design doesn't line up perfectly but due to the nature of it, you genuinely can't tell. One thing to note - don't use on newly painted walls! We almost missed that instruction. Also prep the walls as described (I believe we wiped them down with rubbing alcohol beforehand.) It's been a few months since we installed and his bedroom has had a humidifier running all night multiple times and there is no sign of peeling. It looks really nice.

Good but...

Its a great product but trying to get ahold of the seller is hard, i have one tiny piece left to do and i dont need the whole roll, so i wanted to see if i could get a smaller roll or something for cheaper to finish.

Great quality!

This is what I got done with one roll and it's my camper so yes, it takes a decent amount to do a full room BUT the quality is outstanding. I've done many camper renovations over the years and peel and stick wallpaper is my favorite tool, I've used many different brands and I couldn't believe how easy this one was to put up. The material didn't stretch out or Earp and was very forgiving if I needed to pull up and re-stick. I did this bit in about 30 mins.

Nice Wallpaper - easy to install

Easy to install. It looks like it is registered. Makes a big difference in my son's closet. I recommend this wallpaper to anyone looking to add some star wars to throw life.

Great product but will have to buy a lot for the project

Easy to use and it looks really nice on. The only downside is it is pretty expensive for larger jobs. we are doing the two shorter walls in my son's room and I get about two rows down the wall a roll. I will need to buy probably an additional four rolls to finish.

Amazing wallpaper

I like the pattern it’s awesome. In theory it was easy to use. If you cut out the sections first for the wall it was better less waste. The wallpaper does stretch which makes it more complicated when trying to align the patterns . I think it’s beautiful and sophisticated for starwars wall paper.

Great design and easy to hang, shame about pattern match

This is a good quality paper with a decent thickness and it is very straight forward to hang with peel and stick as opposed to paste. I’m a novice so just watched a couple of online videos of how to hang peel and stick and everything went well. I’ve knocked a star off just for the fact that no matter how hard you try you cannot get the pattern to match all the way down the line. What I would say is don’t let this put you off the product if you like the design. Whilst it’s frustrating to not get the exact pattern match whilst hanging, if you do the best you can and take a step back then the pattern is so forgiving that you genuinely can’t tell and it looks amazing.

Best in small areas when only one roll is needed.

Print was good, just a little trouble matching up the patern between rolls. Looks great finished. Used this in my kitchen instead of ceramic tile.
