sizing is way off - order 1 smaller

I ordered a 9.5. Shoe and box are labeled 9.5. Shoe is at least one full size larger than that. Shoe looks good and strikes the balance for a casual work look. Will have to return and try again. Annoying that it'll just be a guess as to what size to replace it with... Got this re-ordered one size smaller than usual - 8.5. It fits properly now. Shoe is a good look for casual office without being an "athletic shoe" look. Toebox is just a little narrow for me. Also, changed the laces for a more neutral, less contrast-y color, and went with flat, oval laces instead of round. All good now.

Shoe is great - sizing and advertising is wrong

Advertised as made in USA or Imported. Actually just made in China. Description says 1 inch heel. Actually it is two inches. Both shoes in attached picture are Rockport size 11M. I bought this pair to replace the old brown pair. As you can see, the new size 11 is actually at least a size 12 if not larger. I've been wearing Rockports size 11 for 25 years and this is the first pair where size 11M is way off.

Runs very narrow and long

I ordered a 10W but it is more like an 11.5 narrow. I wear a 10.5W and I could hardly fit my foot in these, but had at least an inch to spare at the toe.

I like it, hower, label in wrong size. I order #8 it seems 9-9.5.

Very good shoes with great support. Impressed with the heal construction. Lots of spring.

Tight fit in width

Way too tight in width. My feet aren't even wide. Ridiculous. I did figure out you can fix this by removing old inserts and replacing with thinner ones but what's the point. Would probably send them back if I could.

Comfortable and great looking.

These shoes are very comfortable and look better in person than in the picture. I have hip and knee injuries from a car accident and they start to hurt a lot if I stand for longer than 5 minutes so I need shoes that will prevent that and these do. These also prevent my heel pain. They look great, and they’re prevent my knee, hip, and heel pain. I’m very happy with them.

Squeaky sneakers

Fairly comfortable. Stylish enough. Very squeaky sneakers though. Every step sounds like I'm walking across the snow.
