Great Working, Arrived Damaged Large Dents In Case, Possibly Refurbished, Signs Of Prior Use

The unit works as advertised, it did arrive dented very badly, not what I expected for an item costing 1k, well I mean, I kind of expect it these days, however, once i pulled the case dents back into some operational configuration, I was able to mount it. 2 parts of the directions could be more clear so here they are.... the remote wires use black top and white bottom on both the unit and the remote, they do not tell you this but it is in pictures as this and it works the power block is not the part on the left with the bright sticker, and yours may not, but mine had wires preconnected, to the block, it is behind a small metal guard in the center of the unit, again not the part labeled 120 connection, why I will never know in any case, this heater works very well apart form the inability for companies and sellers to take care of items and send new items when new items are purchased, I like the heater, as far as a seller that would ship an item dented and deformed this badly as new, I have a good spot for them too.....you can elaborate on your own, that is all;

Perfect for small homes

Product arrived early and was concerned because the box was damaged. But heater was packed with extra padding and was not even scratched. Installing was easy but may need two people, heater is very heavy. Had it up and working in just a couple hours. Will definitely buy again if this one goes out. Price was great and with Affirm payments works out for a retired person.

The water is hot

I have an outdoor shower and take hot ones under the stars. Just love it. It took some work to hook it up to propane canisters but I am surprised how long they go.

This is an exact replacement . Last one lasted 7 years with zero maintenance. This one will be maintained and last much longer. Great water heater.
