Worth the adjustment period
I'd been using a more mild retinol and wasn't seeing results, so I decided to try something stronger. I use Revision products regularly so I figured their retinol would be good as well. It's a great product IF you follow the application instructions. I used it two days in a row and my face suffered a bit. It looked and felt like a very bad sunburn. My face has since calmed down and I'm using it appropriately. My skin looks a-m-a-z-i-n-g. I wish I would have taken before photos. Highly recommend using this product (2-3 times per week that is).

Noticeable difference
I'm in my 50's and have become aware of thinning skin and fine wrinkles, so I know I've lost collagen.. or maybe I'm not making as much. I do have pretty good genetics going for me. Both my mom and dad had nice skin. I also don't spend much time in the sun, esp without a good sunscreen. Although I did swim competitively for 15 years and spent summers in the sun till I was in my 20's. Up until now I had only read about retinol but had never used it. I really wanted to give retinol a try because I've read only good things, so I was really looking forward to trying Revision 1% Retinol Lotion. I was also just a little nervous because I have psoriasis and worried that it might cause a flare on my face because psoriasis is a rapid production of cells and that's what I understood retinol to do, which is what causes the production of collagen. One thing that really made me want to try this Revision product was that it contains THD ascorbate which is the most revolutionary vitamin C skincare product. Most vitamin C products can't actually penetrate the the epidermis so it's not very effective. They're also not stable but THD vitamin C is stable so from bottle to skin it remains active. Revision vitamin C lotion has THD ascorbate which is modified to be lipid soluable and can penetrate the epidermis into the layer beneath, where the improvement to actually allows it to do its job. THD is also considered to be very safe so I wasn't worried about using it. Revision also has Vitamin E and Coenzyme Q10, which are also powerful antioxidants. After applying the first several times I did notice some peeling, but just very slight. Because the peeling stopped after just a matter of days, I felt assured it was fine for my sensitive skin. I remedied the peeling by only applying before bed, after washing my face. Any residual peeling I took care of by applying Enzo Laszlo Hydra Therapy Moisture Boost, which worked beautifully. Thereafter, using these products in conjunction with one another has worked incredibly well. I've been using the Revision 30 % Retinol for over three weeks now and I'm beginning to notice a definite improvement in my skin. It's definitely firmer and I've noticed a slight improvement in fine wrinkles, and you only need a small amount so this bottle will last quite a long time. There's also a marked improvement in my skins evenness of skin tone and color which I've had a real problem with since the birth of our 4th child. One thing that's just interesting about this product is it's color. It's kind of a bright neon green. As its absorbed the color immediately disappears. I've seen very good results so far and am looking forward to continuing improvement. Highly recommended.

Okay moisturizer
I'm not that impressed with it. It's an okay moisturizer, but I've seen better. I won't be buying more of this.
